I ordered flowers to get delivered to both of my daughters for vday… meanwhile I've never received a phone call as to why they weren't delivered and when I called them nobody ever answered! Thanks for ruining my gift to my daughters I literally spent $200 with you people I want my money back at this point. You people are sick. Do not order from them at all.
I placed an order with Ava's florist prior to their cut off time for that day. I told him I wanted the flowers delivered that day and the customer service rep asked me what time. I told him it did not matter as long as it was delivered that day. As of 7 PM that evening, the flowers were not delivered, so I sent an email message to the company. The next day, I followed up with them, and they told me the flowers could not be delivered until Monday. I told them that was terrible customer service, and I would never be using them again. I asked for the flowers to be delivered That day instead of the following day, Monday, and he said that was impossible. I told him someone should have called me the day before to let me know there was any type of issue. Flowers after the fact are always irrrelevant. Do not order from this company. Call directly to a local florist.
Called Valentine's Day morning for a delivery of flowers. Charged. $10 delivery charge and a $29 handling charge that they don't tell you about until you've got your credit card information in and can't go back.
Then they send an email saying it won't be delivered till the day after. I get this message at 1:30 in the afternoon and spend 30 minutes on the phone to cancel the order.

Ordered flowers for my wife(45th anniversary) on March 16th 2022 for delivery on 03/26/2022. Flowers never arrived. AVAS customer service was useless, still waiting for their call back, after calling them at least 3 times, and emailing them. No refund yet offered or given. Stay away from this online florist. They are the worst
When I contacted AVAS Flowers, the first question I asked was, "are you a local florist"? I was told they are a local florist. LIE #1. I then asked if it was possible to have a dozen roses delivered early in the day (I called just after 9:00 AM). I was told that the arrangement would be prepared right away and delivered as soon as it was ready. LIE #2. At around 1:30 I called again, and was told that the arrangement would be delivered by 3:00. LIE #3. It was finally delivered about 3:45, and they were short roses. I asked the delivery person why they were so late, and he told me that the order stated "deliver before 7:00". I believed that the roses would be long stem (considering what I paid), but they were short roses. Needless to say, I would NEVER use this company again, and I encourage anyone ordering flowers to use your local florist,and stay away from AVAS!
If I could give them zero stats I would, they not only ruined one of my husband's memorial services but two, I placed a total of 4orders for the 2 services and I only received 1item at each service, they ruined what was supposed to be closure, I never would have suspected that this would happen. They are absolutely horrible and I will never ever use them again for anything. I don't recommend them to anyone what so ever.
I ordered flowers from Avas Flowers. They got flowers from Shaw's! I am furious. I wanted the expertise of a florist and absolutely, I did not want flowers from a supermarket. That's what I paid $90 for? The flowers don't even look like what I picked out. Nobody ever contacted me. I tried to sipport a small business. My son, daughter-in-law, and ai all got screwed. Talk about misrepresentation and bait and switch! Take your business elsewhere!
I placed a 175.00 order to be delivered by 7 PM to my wife for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The flowers were not delivered; however Ava's Flowers sent me a delivery confirmation. I called company and got nowhere with the customer service representative and had to ask for a supervisor. The supervisor talked me out of canceling and promised an early delivery the following day. The next day the flowers were not delivered. Two days in a row the delivery was missed. In all I spoke to the company 4 times, was placed on lengthy holds each time and the representatives including management were hard to understand. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and was surprised to find that Google had them listed as a sponsored business. I would not recommend this company.
This is the second time using this company I should of made my first order should of been the last delivered to the wrong house they put in another order then called me the day of delivery and said they dont have what I want I was offed a replacement of a beautiful bouquet of flowers with regular card ribbons etc. I got none of the instead I got flowers in a sealed box who does that delivery date was the 5th delivered the ninth never again
On a Thursday morning i ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered Saturday. On Friday afternoon they called and said that they couldn't deliver them for the funeral but would deliver them at the home on Monday. I insisted that they be at the funeral. He didn't seem to listen or care and offered me a discount to be delivered on Monday. I finally said to cancel my order and give me a refund. He said that his supervisor would call me in a few minutes and never did. A refund did show up, but no explanation, apology or flowers. I was very upset with their lack of professionalism.
I ordered flowers on May 1st to be delivered May 2nd. They were never delivered. When I called in the evening to check about them they told me they could deliver the next day which was obviously too late.
Placed the order at 9am for same day delivery. They contacted me - we can't do it today but can do it tomorrow. I said then cancel the order. They then said they would deliver the order today. 8pm - no order. All they had to do was be honest. My person is turning 93 and I really wanted the flowers there today on her birthday. Honesty in business is completely gone. I should have checked the ratings before ordering. My bad. Live and Learn. Don't believe when they say same day delivery.
I placed an order for flowers for a remote colleage, the office pitched in for them and some chocolates. Avas sent a randome 'problem with order' email, after 3 days of digging, I figured out the chocolates were not delivered. There's noone to call or write to make it right, the pop up service indicated 'no add ons found', well no kidding, because pretty sure they didn't deliver. Oh, and we paid $24.99 for the whole order to be delivered. I won't use them again.
This is how Avas flowers does business. You go on the website and order the flower arrangement you want. They try to upsell you on everything including the little card.
OK, I sort of expected that. So I order the arrangement to be delivered to my mother on Mother's Day several days prior to Mother's Day. I wake up Mother's Day morning to an automated email, telling me they don't have that particular arrangement available and they cannot deliver on the day that I picked. They told me this on Mother's Day, now I have no other options. This company is nothing but a scam. They cannot deliver what they advertise. Do not waste your time and money dealing with this incompetent business. They will not deliver.
I paid a lot of money to have a bouquet of flowers sent to my clients for the purchase of a new home. I placed the order at 10am. The agent said it would be delivered in 4 hours. The home is 9.7 miles from the florist. It took them 9 hours to deliver them and the driver left them outside of the door in the heat! I was so upset with them because they ruined the only moment I had to add a Wow! Factor to the home purchase. Their way of rectifying the situation was to give a 10% discount, when I paid $125.

Avas Flowers is saying the florist they work with tried to deliver the order but the person refused. My friend wasn't home to answer, and now Avas Flowers won't give me a $81.59 refund. My order # *******. The company is not responding to calls, horrible customer service. Wanted to order flowers to a friend who lost her grandmother.
I will never use this company again... They couldn't deliver as I ordered, the flowers weren't available and the date of delivery wasn't available. I ordered it on a specific date so that the recipient would be there and then they failed to deliver on that date. The recipient wasn't going to be there the next five days and they refused to give me a refund. So I guess some random person is going to receive the flowers because they refused to help me at all on the phone. The customer service is awful, I waited on hold for thirty minutes and when I finally reached a living person to talk to their English was so broken I could barely understand it. This has ruined my whole day. 0/10 do not recommend. If I could rate them lower than one star I would. Such a scam of a place. Never again.
I ordered a special bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day/our first ever Anniversary (we were married last year on the 14th). Not only was the delivery not made on the 14th, but I was not contacted about this until the following day, the 15th in which I received an email stating the delivery would be made 3 days late on the 17th because "the arrangement I ordered was not available". No one called me day of to inform me of this or to ask if an alternate arrangement would be suitable if it meant being delivered on time. I then received another email stating that delivery was attempted on the 17th but could not be made. Well sorry for them, but I have a ring camera and there was NO attempted delivery. It's now the 19th, 5 days later, and the delivery has STILL not been made.
Ava's flowers is a JOKE and does not know the meaning of the term "customer service." Use someone else.
Scam. Looking for a florist in a particular town? Ava's is NOT there. They are an internet company that posts photos of their arrangements and when they coomunicate to the local florist they state a list of flowers that is NOT representative of the photo - much less. Talked to two local florists who both stated they get nothing but complaints about them... DONT USE THEM!
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
