I received my order and it was very easy to install. Only one problem. The latch on the left side rail was not the right one. I received a regular latch instead of the special latch for the Ridgeline. I had to phone TruXedo and they sent me the right latch. Now everything is good.
Item arrived in 2 separate boxes 2 days apart. Not happy about that.
Item doesn't really fit a 2017 F150 with a tonneau cover. Modifications to the tonneau cover and a whole lotta finagling were necessary.
Upon placing my order there was a couple day delay in receiving a confirmation which had me slightly worried but in the end I ordered and received my product within a week, very pleased
Prices were better than everywhere else, shipping was free, and my tonneau cover showed up the next day (Alberta). Can't ask for anything more than that. Good job!

Update: the Weston drop steps came well packaged and complete...I ordered before the start of business on Thursday and received them Monday - pretty quick! Was a little worried ordering such a large item but everything turned out perfectly! Will order again from this site!
Hitch clearly identified as being for my model and year. Very helpful.
I have yet to install, so cannot comment on any potential issues with fit or inaccuracy.
(Note - since hitch does not come with a ball mount, surprised I was not able to find and order one from autoeq site. Had to go purchase somewhere else. Might be a helpful accessory to make available to hitch purchasers.)
Ordered a $2600 Amp Research power step. It did not fit. It's been 3 weeks of trying to get someone at Amp Research to respond in some manner to the issue.
My recommendation is buy elsewhere. Follow-up support is poor and can be none.

Will not recommend this as I paid for the shipping with the product and now I am receiving invoices from delivery service to pay them 300.

Was really happy with everything once I ordered but again, I tried to get a hold of you guys multiple times by phone and email before ordering my running boards to confirm size and fit because I have a dually with a mega cab and never got one response, so that was a little disappointing. Hopefully they fit!🤷🏻
I have been trying to get a hold of autoeq since August now with a possible warranty issue on my seat covers and they will not get back to me. I have emailed them, called them, and submitted an online request form and they never seem to get back to me! Obviously haven't been trying everyday because life gets busy but I have made numerous attempts to get a hold of them and resolve this.
I had problems with ordering and never received any communication- found I was charged for 3 sets and later told two were out of stock! So why was I charged? Anyway one set has arrived and I am having them installed on Tuesday. I called and left a message and no one called me back and I received no notification of the out of stock items. Poor communication!
I ordered a tonneau cover and step bars
No hesitation to charge my credit card right away, after 5 business days and 2 emails I get a response confirming the model of my truck. Then 2 and later I get a tracking number.
After I received the tonneau cover I noticed the clip to buckle it closed is broken so I send an email with pictures and again no response.
If you try to call customer service it doesn't even ring and goes straight to an automated voicemail.
Price was good, only half the order came took a few days to get ahold of someone who could help me, order was finally filled. They need someone answering the phone I left several voicemails along with emails etc. Called the HQ of the company and they transferred me to a Chrysler dealer in the Toronto area.
