Hi, All went good after the first rail. Man it took awhile but the trick is to read the instructions and use the long bolts for the brackets and once the rail goes on then the small bolts are used. Lol you can save yourself time and frustration. Easy to do and looks great on my GMC Canyon. The function of it is awesome, and they look sharp on my white truck. Love the drop step, coming from a woman. :)

My experience was good. Only thing I would suggest is when shipping to northern communities...Canada post is better then Purolator. Purolator uses third party carriers to smaller communities which adds a couple days to delivery time.

Very happy with delivery service. Strong packaging assured contents remained undamaged. Can't wait to add to my truck.

Although the item I originally chose was out of stock Auto.eq did offer a more expensive item at a reduced price. The communication I had with their customer service was great and the item was delivered quickly to our door. The item is a gift so until we open it at Christmas we won't know for sure if it's exactly what we wanted. The description on the website was quite good so hopefully it'll be all good.

Found exactly what I want at very reasonable price. A minor error in stamping of parts designation resulted in a few extra minutes of install time but completely satisfied with my purchase of side steps.

So far, correspondence has been excellent. I will wait to see you once I receive the product to further this review.

Installed the Revolver X2, no hiccups. I was afraid to roll it up in cold weather, but it still works at -25°C. I would not want to use it at any colder temperatures though.

I emailed because I have a tax exempt card (native status) but it was refused. The reply stated that the system is not set up for this. I would've preferred to buy elsewhere but liked the price of the open box special otherwise absolutely would have.

I have found that shopping with AutoEQ has been very easy. Also Danny at customer service was very helpful with my questions and concerns.fed ex was very poor service told me that they tried to deliver and no one was there to receive business was closed I called fed ex next thing I know driver showed up told me he went to wrong address but told my wife the truck broke down? No good for service but no fault at autoeq thank you

3" stainless side rails need 2" longer brackets for my Tacoma. Brackets fit good but bar is a little too close to the Tacoma body. When trying to step down, can't get enough of your heal on the bar when moving quickly.

Are you kidding me. My new iArmor running boards are amazing. Light weight, sturdy and suit my truck as though they were a factory option. Unbelievably simple to install. Easy to order, responsive customer service, as good or better pricing than anywhere else. Yes these things all apply. It took a bit longer than expected to get my tonneau cover though. The website makes it look like all products are in stock in Toronto but it actually came from Saskatchewan.

Shipping was miscommunicated through Purolator.
They called for me to expect the shipment next day. It didn't come.
I called them, they said someone would call me back - no one did.
Had to go pick up myself at the depot.

On the product and service side, I'm very happy. Thanks.

Great store to purchase from. Through no fault of their own, my item was slightly damaged during shipping. Customer service to resolve my issue was very accommodating and prompt. Was satisfied with with what was worked for compensation. Will totally buy from them again.
