Great company, responded to my questions right away and pointed me in the right direction for the product i wanted. I just ordered car seat covers and will update on arrival.

Seat covers arrived within 2 days and fit perfectly. Looks like they came from the factory.

There is only one small issue with the tonneau cover. The driver's side rail drain was damaged i.e. Nipple where drainage hose attaches was sheared off during delivery and one of two drain hoses cannot be connected allowing water to enter the truck box.

Great product, arrived quickly and in great condition for an open box deal. Recommend to anyone looking for a truck bed cover. I've had a BAKflipMX4 on two trucks over the past 6 years. They hold up well in Canadian winters as well as hot summers and daily use year round.

Easy to use and good info. The item I ordered was back ordered by the manufacturer but I had an email response very quickly explaining the issue, offering a very similar replacement from same manufacturer with same quality and warranty at a slightly lower price. It was shipped from stock, credit issued for price reduction - no hassles! Very satisfied.

I had to expedite delivery, as automatic email said that parcel was shipped, but when checking with Purolator site, it said label was printed and not picked up. Only after I emailed the service center, all of a sudden the package was shipped. Sounded like the package was sitting in the warehouse and waiting...for a pick up. Next day delivery as was told did not happen. It took 3-4 days to get it.

Very happy with purchase. As it turned out there was even an additional $20 off, and I was able to use PayPal on checkout (I had lots of savings in PayPal US dollars) so using those instead of putting on my credit card was a bonus. Will definitely use you again.

I found this website through a Google search to do some price checks. Historically always got US companies with massive shipping charges. I found the items to be reasonably priced with free shipping. I will definitely shop here again if I need something.

Easy to place order, great video,hoping to see a link to the tool box in video, One important thing missed. The serial number that you require to register is on a sticky do not throw out, I removed when wiping down the new cover and had to search the garbage when i went to register.

Great site and easy to navigate through the order process. Nice to see products like this available directly from Canada. Shipping took a bit longer than expected. During the order process expected delivery was 2-3 days for Ontario, yet it took 5 days (not including the weekend) after the order was processed and a tracking number issued.

Questions were answered fast delivery was fast as promised. Interested in checking out more items. The colour of the stitching was different than the picture it was yellowish in the picture but came black. Not a big deal but that yellow would have matched my vehicle nicely.

Excellent buy.A short note to let you know that Purolator will not deliver any thing over 70 lbs unless somebody is home to help the driver unload the parcel.It would be helpful to know this. I missed the delivery because I was not home they had to return it to the depot.

Received the seat covers a couple days ago, installed yesterday. Okay, my fingers hurt now from installing the covers. Very nice tight fit! Look great. Adds a lot of snaz to my interior. The stitching looks very high quality. I would strongly recommend these covers to others. After seeing my covers my wife wants some for her BMW.
