Received product in good time.
Fairly simple installation, other than the missing parts of the hardware.
1- a flared nut missing for the bracket that holds the step to the mounting bracket.
2- small scratches on the steps, straight out of the package. Packaging undamaged.
3- incomplete hardware for the main brackets that attach to the truck. Only the most forward mounting position on the truck has threaded holes for the bolts. The rest are just empty holes, requiring either different hardware like other manufacturers supply, or installing rivnuts ( blind hole rivet nuts) into the body to complete the install.
When I requested information, it was hours before I received a response. All I got was a " fill out this form" for an answer. I still haven't found the time to get to it.
Knowledgeable staff provided a prompt response to questions. Good product selection and Canadian shipping! All products arrived as advertised and well packaged. Delivery was good. The first package arrived in 1 business day and the second arrived on the 4th business day. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
Product was delivered very quickly. It was advertised that the cover was for the 19 and 20 body style but the unit actually just has straight sides. It would be nicer if it matched the bed line of the truck. Overall seems to be well built.
The online shopping and ordering experience was straight forward. Checkout was simple. Delivery was very quick, much quicker than expected. Price compared to other sites was very competitive which was the reason for the order in the first place. Happy with transaction and recommend this site to others.
Please offer the option of having the product left at your doorstep when product is ordered, or more instruction as to where to pick up the product if the delivery is missed, besides an address, e.g. a phone number for the pick up location. Otherwise no issues, very satisfied with the product.
Very quick and easy
Just after I ordered my cover, there was a 10% sale starting a couple days later.
So I contacted them about holding my shipment a couple days so I could take advantage of the extra 10%. My item had just shipped out but they credited my card the 10% anyway.
Definitely above and beyond.
IT was a bit of hassle and not impressed with pricing as you had wrong price on website for the initial package of floor mats I wanted to purchase. I completed the order and maid payment and only after that I was contacted and told the price was wrong and asked if I wanted to pay the difference. I wanted you to honour pricing as it was not my fault but you would not. So order had to be cancelled and and a new order created with different product with only a minimal 20 dollar discount.
Other than shipping was fast and good and product is as expected.

The UDRive side step bars tho needed all 6 brackets modified to fit 08 Ridgeline.
And there was a small dent and scratches on one bar. There was a hole in carton which I didn't see till after.(my own fault for not looking first).
Will still use Autoeq.ca again.
Great company to deal with. Product was on back order.so it took a bit of time to receive. My only issue was that it took a couple of email before I was able to determine the product was on back order. Once it was shipped.it arrived in due order. It was easy and pretty much good experience. Did not take much time to find what I was looking for, check some stuff like return policy terms and conditions. I like you guys have paying options such as PayPal. I have only one question: do you have: Return shipment on US From PayPal, it really help not to worry about return shipment cost?
I ordered two products from AutoEQ, a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards. The tonneau was fairly priced and arrived and installed without issue.
The AVS wind/rain guards arrived. They were installed on all four doors according to instructions. The driver's window guard does not seat properly and triggers the window auto stop function. The push in clips were dragged by the window into the door cavity. I submitted an online enquiry last week concerning how this can be corrected and addressed and followed up with a voice mail 3 days later after I received no response. Four days later I still have had no contact. Additionally, I have found the same product on competitor sites at a significantly lower cost. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please have a representative call me at the number on file or email me.
Very nice seat covers made by Clazzio for 2015 Ford f150. Fair price when compared to ordering directly from manufacturer and accounting for U.S.$ exchange rate. Received goods within a week from ordering. Hoping the installation is as smooth as transaction.
Bought an access Lomax tonneau cover. Given the coved 19 situation arrived in rural Manitoba in 5 days. Easy to install best tonneau cover I've ever owned would recommend auto eg for price and service
Bought to put on a 2014 RAM 3500 Laramie Limited Crewcab.
I had them on for a few days now. There is a little give when you step on them, not much but enough that you can notice it. I'm not overly heavy ~200 lbs either...
But they sure are shiny and good looking.
Installation took roughly an hour per side, that included a few beers and doing it in a driveway... No power tools needed...
So far so good. We will see when it arrives.
Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect one, now I am in the process of trying to return for an exchange. Web site says you have cheaper shipping costs and will send a shipping label, so I am in the process of waiting for that. So far Ive had a good experience with customer service, and I am hopeful for a good outcome.
One of the side steps was damaged in the packaging huge sent on the bottom but no imperfections in the paint so the damage happened before it was painted and quality control didn't catch since it was on the bottom I decided to keep them as you can't see the damage unless you lie down

I personally thank AutoEQ for their fast action when I decided to slightly change my order (item color). They were able to accommodate my request.
I ordered an open box G2 over the weekend and then realized I should have ordered the MX4. As they are closed on the weekend I sent an email requesting the change. They got back to me first think Monday a.m., updated my order request and I had my cover 2 days later. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very happy.
Although it was difficult to get thru to anyone, I eventually got the info I needed and was able to make a purchase. Now we will see if it shows up in good time!
Update... I received my order in 2 days! The undercover flex tonneau was a great buy. It looks amazing on my truck and was super simple to install after watching a YouTube demo install in my truck. I'm a very satisfied customer!
So far it's been great, I had a little bit of an issue with one of the products that I received. The team at autoeq has resolved this issue and I am very satisfied.
I will definitely shop at autoeq again.
