I received my order promptly and was pleased with the arrival time. Two products were ordered, but unfortunately upon immediately opening one of the products it appeared that it was damaged. I immediately sent a Submit Request form August 6th with pictures and the issue, unfortunately did not receive any confirmation and I am currently unsure what is happening with the product, still.

All in all the experience would have been great! Aside from the damaged product which I assume is not Auteq's fault. As a customer and consumer would feel a lot more comfortable with a more prompt response into solving my issue. Instead of a confirmation regarding my Submit Request form regarding my product issue, I received an automated follow up purchase review.

Easy to use web site

Easy to use web site. Lots of detailed information on each product and great discounts. I purchased the Bakflip Mx4 great unit looks good and is a high quality. Wish it came with wedge spacers though. I ended up making my own. I will call support for that otherwise the web site was great and the shipping was very quick. I will definitely purchase more products from autoeq in the future.

Good experience. But on all products you should list specific SKU numbers on the description. I had to add to cart then check the cart to make sure it was the correct part # for my truck. Hope that helps.

So far so good. Site easy to navigate. 1-3 business days for delivery is pretty good. Look forward to receiving parts. Received day three as expected. Product was nice however did not with enough hex riv certs as the appeared to be assembled for 1500 2010-2017 and not the 2018 2500 as I specified in my order and was confirmed. So this resulted in me having to go to the dodge dealer to get an install kit that had the hex riv certs that are not sold on their own. This cost me an Additional $55. The product only came with six and 12 are needed. Not happy about the additional cost. I wonder why the install papers said it was for a 1500. Anyways made it work but feel I should be refunded $55

My question about whether to 2009-2018 BAK G2 would fit my 2019 1500 Classic was answered promptly... now as long as it is 'new' open box I'm going to be very happy.
Tonneau cover received in 2 days, and in new condition. Very pleased with the service and product.

Contacting customer service regarding my order was a two day event due to delays in getting email response. This delayed my order shipping by two business days so I received my order 7 business days after ordering.

Very good prices, Canadian owned with many Canadian products and well laid out website with solid reputation and return policy. Unfortunately I ordered a 'Made in China' product believing it was Canadian made (Canadian company). Well made product but wouldn't have been my choice had I known. Not autoeq's fault though.

Great customer service with this purchase and my purchase in July. I had questions and had to set up an alternate delivery address because we don't get courier service where I live. It was set up and sent and I received it in 2 days. Product is excellent quality and price is great.

I would have liked to receive a shipping notice and tracking #
I did receive the product in a timely fashion however without a tracking # delivery was a surprised ring at the door.
Luckily we were at home.

Good prices, but the mounting anchors were useless. I had to improvise and use domestic screw/plugs to fasten the bug guard to the hood of my truck. I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual bug guard. The mounting hardware was terrible and did not do the job at all.

Two of the three boxes I received were damaged with superficial damage to one of the items. Had the damage been any worse, I would have been returning the items. I realize shipping is outside of your immediate control but I have pictures to show the damage if you are interested.

The add was a bit disappointing I took the price to be $954.48 for this cover which I though was an excellent buy. I did not see a note indicating starting at or this was the price for the 5 foot box. Have a good day. Thanks Don.

I was pleased with everything, except the fact that the order doesn't give you more of a description of what you purchased. The bedrug comes in two different sizes...5' and 6'. It would be nice to see that in the billing area.

The courier, Purelator, dropped the package at my front door without ringing doorbell or knocking. I specifically asked Autoeq for the courier to get a signature at the door. Luckily I was home at the time and spotted the package before a porch pirate could get their hands on it. Very disappointed that a $700 order is treated this way. Otherwise the order was correct and arrived in a decent amount of time.
