Auto Forward

Missing most of the text messages. It is hit or miss as far as phone calls and texts. I have verified several missing messages and a few phone calls. No one answers the customer service phone number. All technical inquiries must be done through email. Android users: YOU MUST have the target phone! If you do not have access to the target phone don't waste your money.
Also, the phone number is all you get. You will not know who is sending the text. You have to buy a subscription to Kiwi in order to do a phone number lookup. Not worth the money.

I wanted an app to see what my son was posting on Facebook. He hides his cell phone with one hand when I come near him. I wasn’t sure about buying any kind of spy app, but Auto Forward so easy to use that I told my friends about it. At first I put in on my own phone, which was a mistake. I called the customer service number and the operator was really helpful and guided me through re-installing it on his phone. The customer service is great and I love this app!

They have a lot of false advertising on the site about what this product can do. You can only view call log, text and photos unless you root the phone. Also, gps works sporadically, photos and contacts appear and disappear randomly, call log list the same call 20 times in a row so it is hard to read. I had to install twice to get it to work. Customer service is very slow to respond and just keeps sending links to root the phone. VERY DISSATISFIED with this.

I've been looking into a bunch of different spy products and until I came across Auto Forward nothing seemed legit enough for me. I looked heavily into Msynch, but when they didn't have a phone number to assist me I started getting skeptical. Auto Forward's website was totally legit looking and their customer service desk was so helpful when I called and asked about the product. Needless to say I order it as soon as I hung up the phone! Great product!

As much as any piece of software could, this program saved my life. It did everything it was advertised to do. Together text messages, browser history, GPS location. I saw photos and videos and was able to listen to calls. When I first got to the website I wasn't too sure about something like this. I heard about it but didn't really think it was possible or that it would actually work. Auto forward definitely did work and it worked quite well.

Besides monitoring my kids' phone activities, I was able to back up my important files. All multimedia files I received, downloaded, and saved on my phone and tablet are stored in my online dashboard so I Have extra copies in case I lose the original files for some reason. I can also recover deleted messages and call logs.

I bought this app because it states you don't need access to the other phone, but you do. I tried to get my money refunded back and that never happened either. You can only email them and they reply back stating they have refunded your money but it never shows up on my card. Recommended to use a different provider!

I am always on the road with my job so was important to me to find a program that can monitor phone without actually having it. Auto forward gave me that option and I'm very happy to say that it did a very good job. I consider myself to be a novice when it comes to cell phones so was very helpful to have their support staff available to me. I had several questions while setting up the program and they were available to help me and made it very easy. I probably could've done without them but it was nice to know they were there anyway. Very helpful, very professional. If you're like me and have difficulty sometimes with tech gadgets you should really go this program. They will make the process easy for you to make sure that you don't waste money

Dont buy Auto Forward, it is a waste of time and money.

They always make excuses like maybe you have a bad internet connect etc. I
Found a better app instead that is cheaper, has better features which actually
Work and their customer support is great. Its Xnspy. It is tried and tested

I have check out several software for tracking you phone and text message for the Phone and we brought and tested this software and it's a total Rip Off! They know that the software is not working like it should work and when you try and get your refund back in the 14 days they keep answering you but keep doing that till the 14 days are gone. Then they shoot you there refund policy. Please don't waste you money on this software
Also the software is suppose to be for $69.99 Dollars and they make it look like you are suppose to buy the Extended Download Warranty and a Live 1 on 1 Telephone support which total package was $129.97 dollars.
I never was able to do a live one on one with them.
Also if you check them out on the BBB they have a F Grade. Wish i would have gone down that road First and i would never have fell for their software.
As you can see the software will get the some photos but NO Text messages from any of the social Media Sites.

I just purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward last week, and I really enjoyed all the features. I gained access to my wife's phone 24/7. I was able to remind her about the important messages from her boss that she missed to read. I was also able to back up some of her important files, in case she deleted them accidentally.

By promising what they do not deliver. I was charged $69.00 for the App, which includes a 1 on 1 helpline for $30. One year extended warranty that I did not ask nor was told had to be purchased another $30. Lots of hidden fees. A total of $130 for use whatsoever. There isn't a person to answer their phones You get transfer to voicemail always. Their return policy is 14 Days and it covers every legitimate reasonable consequence from the purchase. Nowhere in the description says you need the consent of the owner of the targeted Device. Autoforward also has to be downloaded on the targeted device. For Anyone that suspects their significant other is cheating and needs to be sure, DO Not spend a penny on this App. It is also
Highly visible on the targeted phone; The Powerline Group that owns Autoforward and other spy Apps, once you give them your money, You are on your own.

Parenting hasn't been easy for me especially with my schedule, I do three different jobs and I haven't been really focusing of my kids so I got the auto forward app but it has been really difficult to set up but I got some help with a good team CYBOXTECH via Instagram and they have really helped and now with just my phone I know what is going on with my children's gadget I have been able to monitor their calls and chats and mails.

My daughter wasn't doing well in math recently and I wanted to know why, but like a typical teen she didn't want to talk to me. I had no other option but to monitor her cell phone. Turns out she was texting, posting to social media and surfing the web all through out the school day. It's a miracle she wasn't completely every other subject! I took away her social media and texting privileges for the rest of the school year and she just squeaked by! Thank goodness for Auto Forward!

I decided to install Auto Forward on my personal devices for file back-up and data recovery. All multimedia files I receive, download, and save on my phone and tablet are also stored in my online dashboard so I have extra copies of those which could come in handy in case I lose the original files for some reason.
