I brought the service and tried it out. I went through the steps of install but couldn't retrieve any of my spouse texts. Just her contact list. So I was disappointed, I requested an refund bc it was within the refund timeframe. Still haven't received my refund. I don't recommend this service bc it doesn't work like it says and you have problems getting your money back. I had an Android phone.

What I was told by their customer service was that it wouldn't be compulsory to have physical access to the device in question, however this was not the case after I had purchased the product, even at that there was nothing on the dashboard and their customer service made no attempt to any complaints. They will over charge you and get away with it! I was trying to buy only a$29.99 monthly plan abs got charged an additional $89.97 plus $15 more. They refused to give me refund. Never got to use the I still don't know if it works because I installed my one time user key code wrong.

Just after downloading, there were attempts of unauthorized payments from our bank account... no one from the service can provide me an answer... and although it did not work and i deleted, because of it s dangerous nature, they would not refund... not to say that they are displaying a price but you get surprised of the amount they quickly take from your account...

They adtervise that you can just spy on the target phone without ever touching it. They claim to use "over the air" link. This is FALSE!

They also claim to have live customer service. When I called for a refund, you get an automated message telling you to go to the website and click support. When I click support from their website, it tells me I can call for service. They give you the run around and no one to talk to!

My 11-year old loves hanging out with his friends and he's almost always not home. After 2 months of use, I can now verify their claims. I get regular updates on my son's location and get notified every time he's within the areas I've set. Thanks to Auto Forward I get to monitor exactly where my son is hanging out.

I purchased their autoforward software after reading that you do not need to have the phone in your possession. As soon as they sent the instructions, that proved to be a lie. So I immediately requested a refund. This was May 7th 2021. Margaux Johnsons and Fran Ferrara promised several times that it would be sent ($129.97) to me. Here we are a month later, and STILL NO REFUND. These people are scammers. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They lied and said it was on its way they first said 3 to 7 days. Then it was lost, then it was going to be 3 days. Now no one even replies to my messages. They are never available to talk to on the phone I'm not even sure anyone even exists at that company.

However, I've read about their money-back guarantee so I thought I won't lose anything if I give it a try. Its actually a worst application and no support available. You have to take the target phone with you to install the app however they are claiming that without phone you can install the app. After purchase you have no other option. Now where should I go after wasting my hard-earned money to monitor my child which is in a different city. Its such a WASTE OF MONEY.

And then when you want a refund, it's always 3days away or some banks take a little longer... I have been waiting 2 months now and everything I submitted the refund they mark it as solved in a few hours. Don't waste your money rather look for a hacker...

This company misrepresents their product and when I asked for my "100% Guaranteed refund" they simply said 'no'. If you want all the services you've heard about, or that they represent in their demo video you'll have to jail break your iPhone despite what you may have read. I was told by their support that in order to see social media interactions I'd have to jail break my phone. I'm not sure how this works on an android device but it's absolutely useless for iPhones.

Do not buy this product. You have to download on the phone you want to monitor, it doesn't tell you that, then there is no way to get your money back. No person to speak to at all! Still fighting to get back my money!

I had to cancel this because my technology is out dated and not compatible with the software provided, on 7-7 2022 within an hour of passkey provided. As of 8-8 2022, i still have not received my refund. Margues johnsons, has stated in e-mails that this matter was referred to a billing supervisor 3x and promised resolution in 2-3 days. Nobody answers at the phone number listed instead a message directs you to the website. Avoid these scammers, if you request a refund. I will update if i get my refund.

I looked heavily into Msynch, but when they didn't have a phone number to assist me I started getting skeptical. Auto Forward's website was totally legit looking and their customer service desk was so helpful when I called and asked about the product. Needless to say I order it as soon as I hung up the phone! Great product!

I've been using Auto Forward's monitoring app for two weeks now. I liked its GPS tracking feature; its precision is excellent, and it sends real-time updates to my dashboard.
