Just after downloading, there were attempts of unauthorized payments from our bank account... no one from the service can provide me an answer... and although it did not work and i deleted, because of it s dangerous nature, they would not refund... not to say that they are displaying a price but you get surprised of the amount they quickly take from your account...

I signed up for this with the advertisement promising I would see everything on my kid's phone. I saw a few pictures and a contact list. That was it. I have asked for a refund multiple times and all I have gotten is the run around. Now they have stopped answering my emails. I have tried calling but it just says to go to their website. It is a rip off!

This company has a phishing APP that opened on my mobile phone when I was doing some other online transactions with similar amounts, on 22.01.2022. It was slightly dark and I did not see that I was purchasing from them until I got a confirmation email of the purchase, then I wondered why dollars and why the company is in UK. Also, their names were the Powerline group as well as Auto forward.
I immediately looked for the information on how to cancel the order and I did.
Since January its the same thing, that they are refunding my amount. See screen shot of email from one Margaux Johnsons Support Desk and other auto answers I keep getting.
These are scammers and thieves.
They claimed that you never have to touch the phone... load of BS...
And then when you want a refund, it's always 3days away or some banks take a little longer... I have been waiting 2 months now and everything I submitted the refund they mark it as solved in a few hours. Don't waste your money rather look for a hacker...
I purchased the $29.99 plan and somehow was charged $35 but that's not the issue. Within under a minute of ordering and my debit card being debited, I realized this product wasn't going to work for me. I never downloaded anything or used a product code, so within 5 minutes I asked for a refund. I've been getting the run around ever since. One email will say 3-5 business days, next email says server issues caused a delay, next email says my issue has been escalated to supervisor and refund coming shortly, and then we come back full circle with the emails. The toll free number just directs you to the Support tab on the website. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
Never fall in this trap, the company is a scam... On the advert its only $6 then when you buy it they take $143 then when you ask for a refund... They keep on promising lies. This is a Big scam taking money from poor people
They false advertise, they take your money. You ask for a refund, they tell you it's been processed. They will tell you to allow 3-5 days, you will never get your refund and they will stop answering you. Fraud's do not use.

I purchased this and then realized it wouldn't work. I did not activate the link (the refund policy stated that once the link is activated, no refund would be issued) and I requested a refund the same day. I was told no problem, a refund would be issued and I would see it in 3 to 5 days. After several times of being told the same thing over the course of a month and a half, I still have not received a refund. I was even told it was escalated and a refund was issued already. I emailed them again today and now I'm being told a billing supervisor will contact me in the "next several business days to discuss my cancelation request, which is what I was told 2 weeks ago. I don't think they have any intention of refunding my money and they offer no way to even speak to a live person by phone. Their business dealings are unethical and shady.
I had to cancel this because my technology is out dated and not compatible with the software provided, on 7-7 2022 within an hour of passkey provided. As of 8-8 2022, i still have not received my refund. Margues johnsons, has stated in e-mails that this matter was referred to a billing supervisor 3x and promised resolution in 2-3 days. Nobody answers at the phone number listed instead a message directs you to the website. Avoid these scammers, if you request a refund. I will update if i get my refund.
They will over charge you and get away with it! I was trying to buy only a$29.99 monthly plan abs got charged an additional $89.97 plus $15 more. They refused to give me refund. Never got to use the I still don't know if it works because I installed my one time user key code wrong.
Tried to download app., which did not take to my phone. In addition, they somehow added an additional $30 "Premium Support Package" fee which i did not request. I immediately requested a refund, within an hour, and every week for 6 weeks was told it was "on the way". After that, they went ghost and will no longer reply to my emails. Do not attempt to call, because there is no customer service via phone. Spoke to my credit card company, but now the 60 day window for disputes is closed. That is why they kept telling me for 6 weeks "the check is in the mail" to drag this out lol. They are very nice via email in lying that your refund is on the way. Very unprofessional in tacking on additional non-requested services/fees, lying about receiving a refund, and now unresponsive. Read their refund policy "fine print" before purchase, because all of this appears to be in their policy of doing business. Don't let them cheat you out of $100 as well. I did not receive their product for payment.
I read through a few reviews on another site. Saw auto forward on Top 5. Decided to buy the $29.99 plan. Worst Decision Ever! I immediately got an email showing I was charged $89. I didn't sign up for $89 anything! Lots of hidden fees. DON'T BUY. I emailed them immediately but it looks like from these reviews, that means nothing.
My friend from work is using this app and urged me to do the same to monitor my teen. She's new in school and I'm afraid she'll get bullied. After I installed it on her phone, I found out that this guy from her class kept sending her funny memes about how she looks. I called the principal and she, in turn, called his parents. We talked and we got him to apologize. Hopefully, none of this will happen again.
I truly believe anyone who rates this higher than a 1 is in their corporate office. I downloaded on my IPhone and it did work. I need a day to tell you of the messages and re-routes the site gave me. Then within 15 minutes, I requested a refund. I tried another phone and paid again (believing I would receive a refund for the first download). The exact same thing happened. I then immediately requested a refund on from the second phone (device). I received an email on 05/14/2020 saying I would get an refund within 4 - 7 business days. I have not received it. I called a recorded message stated how to request a refund. That was bogus. Now I am being ignored all together. I had to file a complaint with my bank and allow them to get involved before I received a refund. They had to just take the money back. Do not buy from these people.

Now, it could just be that my small business has been lucky, but I have been using Auto Forward's services for a number of years now and Ive never looked back.
As a business owner, I really don't mind my employees using the company computers and gadgets to check their personal social media or emails once in a while, I just don't like them visiting shady websites and doing inappropriate web searches.
