I've been looking for an effective way to monitor my kids' social media accounts for a while now. Since I know there are a lot of malicious users on such platforms, I decided to purchase a monitoring app from Auto Forward. It definitely provided me with everything I'm looking for in a monitoring app; it's affordable, it's compatible with any device, it works on stealth mode, it provides me real-time updates, it feeds complete details. Really amazing app!

Auto Forward's monitoring features are way better compared to that of other apps in the market. It is cheaper too! Why would I pay more that $100 when I can get all features and more for only $29.99? Customer support is great as well! They respond fast, and they don't get annoyed if I have lots of questions. Great product overall.

I tried other spy software packages but they all were extremely buggy. Auto forward was not. It was very easy to use, just like the video I saw, and it worked well. Turns out they needed it for only a day or two until I got the information I needed (exactly what I suspected) that I was on my way. I know a lot of people say stuff like this should be illegal but when put to good use programs like this are extremely valuable and a lifesaver.

Over the years I've purchased many software programs online. Some worked in some of not. I am writing this review today to let you know that Auto Forward does work. I really have no interest in posting this review other than to let others know what software works and what software to stay away from. I have been the victim of a few scams so I made a personal pledge to myself to let people know which programs they can trust. No matter what you use this program for, son, daughter, employee, cheating spouse my feeling is that it will work fine for you. Personally, I used it to monitor my daughter's phone and it worked very well. As you may know, with teens, text messages are the main mode of communication, so this was most important to me. The text message gathering work very well. As far as everything else I only dabbled lightly in it but I could see on the surface that it did gather information from the phone.

What you see on reports is really what's happening on the device. I don't really understand how Auto Forward does it, but it's really working. Plus all extracted files are well-organized so it's easier for me to browse and even download the data I need.

I availed of a pro plan from Auto Forward for a new business I've started. There had been some minor issues with the paperwork that we had to delay the start of operations for 4 months. I pushed my luck and tried to explain my situation to Auto Forward, hoping to get a refund. The person who assisted me was so patient and she helped me all the way through. Got my money back without much trouble. This is why when we finally started, I re-availed a plan from them.

I know everyone keeps posting on here about having refund troubles, but I had a great experience. I bought the software a couple days ago and then felt a little guilty about trying to spy on my husband so I never actually installed it. Instead I just got up some courage and asked him and we had a long conversation about being honest and open with our phones. So needless to say I never used it. The next day I called in and they gave me a refund. Simple.

I bought Auto-Forward to keep tabs on my teen daughter. I installed the app on her phone. It pulled in her contacts, but not the phone numbers. It won't give me any other information. No texts, no snapchat, no Instagram, no pictures, etc.

Also, the app will still show up on her phone with no way to hide it. What good does spyware do if the person being spied on knows about it? See screenshot attached.

Another complaint is that there is no way to talk to a customer service rep. All CS is done by email. Very misleading advertising!

I used Auto Forward to monitor what websites my husband visited and it worked great! My husband had a bit of a porn problem. It was actually tearing apart our marriage for a bit a while back. We went through all the therapy and everything like that and now were fine, but every once in a while my insecurities get the better of me and I have to make sure he's not slipping back into that dark place. Auto Forward lets me do that and help curb my insecurities.

Right after I activated the app, I instantly received copies of texts, contacts, photos, social media posts, and all other activities from the phone I'm monitoring. All processes are automated so that I don't actually have to do anything else on my end yet I simultaneously get updates in real-time. Aside from remote access and control, Auto Forward offers convenience and peace of mind.

I have a long list of bad customer service experiences. Auto Forward customer service is the refreshing balm that healed all those previous bad experiences. They actually have a real, live person you can talk to who seemed genuinely more than happy to help me with my concerns. I don't normally leave reviews but I simply had to this time. It's a great app/software with a customer service for the win.

When I told my husband that I saw our daughter with a guy at the mall, he became concerned because our daughter had never told us about it. So he decided to buy this monitoring app from Auto Forward in order to keep a close eye on her activities. We had access to her social media activities as well as private messages. This app also alerts us when our daughter enters an area of town that is off-limits to her, and we contact her immediately.

I subscribed to auto forward in May and decided to cancel within the 14
Day cancellation policy. They promised a credit would be for coming on
My next CC statement. No credit ever came despite their promise to do so.
They stole $129.97 from me. I have all their emails to back up what they
Said they would do, but didn't.
Stay away from Auto Forward.
