This is a scam. They never tell you that you have to have access to the monitoring phone until you make a payment. After my first email for a refund request, they never want to reply to me anymore. They are 100% scam. I will advise not to purchase anything from them. They even charge you more than what they indicate initially. I highly don't recommend getting anything from this company
I used Auto Forward to spy on my son to see if he was really doing his homework when he would go to his room or just goofing off on his cell phone. I wanted to trust him, but his grades started to slip past an acceptable level so something had to be done. I saw that he was on social media for about 90 percent of the time he was upstairs.
Now I get to have his phone while he's doing his homework and his grades have started to improve again. Thanks Auto Forward for saving my son's GPA.
This app allowed me to see everything my boyfriend was doing on his cell phone. Thankfully it was nothing that I feared, but I could see how this could be helpful for others. Seeing all of this definitely calmed my worst fears!
I was completely satisfied with this return policy. I bought Auto Forward because I thought I needed it and then a couple hours later I just decided I didn't need it anymore and confronted them in person. I never used it, so they gave me all my money back. It was a really pleasant process.
I tried for over a month to get autoforward to work like it advertised, did everything they emailed me to do and it doesn't work. You will not get anyone on the phone to help and they will not refund me my money. They got me but hope this helps so they don't get you!
It was a tough time in our neighborhood; the kid next door got caught with drugs, the mom down the street got arrested and the kids around the corner were rumored to be starting a gang. So needless to say I was worried about my kids! I used Auto Forward to monitor their texts, calls, location and social media. I trust them, but it was nice to have this app as a back up. I've already suggested it to the whole neighborhood!
I purchased this software when my daughter was at the impressionable age of 15. I noticed her mood changing and she wasn't "my little girl" anymore so I wanted to make sure she was okay. With Auto Forward I was able to see everything and get a full picture of what was going on in her life. It's been 7 months since I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward, and it definitely fulfills its purpose as one of my tools for effective employee monitoring in my business. It allowed me to keep track of messages and files sent and received on our company devices. It actually helped improve productivity since the installation of a monitoring app has encouraged our employees to focus on work during work hours.
OMG so I'm 18 years old so you think my mom would trust me, right? Wrong! She's never monitored me before (or at least not that I know of actually hah) and now when I turn 18 is when she starts?! She told me it was cause shes worried about me. What were you not worried the rest of childhood?! She sees everything I do on my phone. EVERYTHING! Its such an invasion of privacy!
It is a rip off says you have 10 days and you can get a refund. Make sure you read the refund policy. The program didn't complete work on my targets phone and their so called tech staff can't get it to work. Ask for a refund and they refuse to give it even though it doesn't work completely which in their refund policy says I should be able to get one. So I'm out $70 with a program that doesn't completely work.
They lied and said it was on its way they first said 3 to 7 days. Then it was lost, then it was going to be 3 days. Now no one even replies to my messages. They are never available to talk to on the phone I'm not even sure anyone even exists at that company.
Been really on a tight budget that subscribing to software to monitor my employees is a really bold move for a startup entrepreneur like me. The one-time payment is a deal-breaker though and not until I started using it that I realized it's actually one of my greatest investments for the business.
This thing is great! It's the only one that I was able to spy with that didn't need to have the phone or install anything to it. I entered the phone number and that was it. It got a lot of information too. Like text messages, gps, and some other stuff. And it also recorded the calls. For only 69 bucks you can't go wrong. Get this app!
I own a small moving company and while my employees were in the office they were great employees, but I was afraid that once they left for a job site they were getting a little reckless. I was getting a couple complaints and decided to look into it. Using Auto Forward's GPS location feature I saw that my vans were parked on the side of the road when they should've been on jobs. Auto Forward saved my company's butt!
TERRIBLE customer support. My iphone was setup correctly. Their site would not allow the device to be added. Their tech support was terrible. Basically thru it on apple and said it was an apple issue. Yet the apple signon etc... all worked fine. Just could not get anyone from their support to help with issue. So I am requesting a refund. Will see how that goes.

I purchased this product and was not able, to use it. After paying $69.99 for the product when I contacted them to find out what I could do to be able to use it they refused to refund my money. If you can't use the product you can not get your money back. They just say "Sorry". Sorry doesn't help much when you are out that amount of money for something you can't even use! Really bad policies!
It was pretty easy to install and got every piece of info they said it would. There was a bit of an issue with the GPS location. I contacted their support desk and it turned out to be a setting had to be changed on the phone. They got back to me very quickly which is a good thing.
Overall I would say it s a good app.
