Auto Forward

I've been using Auto Forward's monitoring app for two weeks now. I liked its GPS tracking feature; its precision is excellent, and it sends real-time updates to my dashboard. But what I liked best was that I could make a backup copy of all the reports or media files, and I could even recover deleted messages!

I purchased this app with the extra support final cost $129 and change. I was unable to even install this app so it was never activated. I asked for a refund and was told it would be there within four business days that was a month ago. The toll free customer service number is a robot directing you to a customer support email address. I did get a response saying that there was a delay in their processing and that my refund was on the way. After another week of that they told me that my refund had been turned over to a refund supervisor to which I have had no refund and no response. It is impossible to actually talk to a real representative this is a scam they will take your money and not refund it as they promise stay far far away from this program

I want to take this opportunity to share with you my positive experience with auto forward spot. I used auto forward spot to monitor my daughter's iPhone. I thought she may be getting involved with the wrong crowd and as a responsible parent wanted to make sure that everything with her was still okay.

Auto forward spy was very easy to use. All I had to do was enter Apple ID and password and I was able to access all the information a responsible mom needs to see. Of course there were many text messages that I didn't approve of and even if you phone conversations I heard that I didn't like too much, but overall I'm happy to say that my daughter is still on the right path and I feel much better is responsible mom knowing that I am looking after my daughter in such a way that will keep her out of trouble and away from the wrong crowd.

I urge any responsible parent to use auto forward for their child. With today's digital world the way it is, you can never be too careful

I had to spy on husband iPhone and could not find any product to do it good. Friend told me about this product and worked very good.

Very easy to get going. Had question and called person at company in person helped me out and gave me answer that I need. Best thing about this that I never needed to have his phone with me need to enter information to computer and program got rest. Typed in only telephone number and app connected.

Very happy that program like this is here for person like me to stop bad things. Program like this make life very easy for people who don't know much about mobile telephones. We had questions I called and people there were very helpful. I wanted to use stealth camera which worked very well.

Able to take a picture with the phone without touching it. Had the picture sent to me.

SCAM! Clearly states online you do not physically need the target phone to download. They charged me $129.97. I was emailed confirmation by 2 company representatives that refund was confirmed. Zero refund. Absolute SCAM! Do not use.

I paid them before reading you had to get your hands on the other device or phone. Which was impossible for me being that ny husband was working out of town so I never even downloaded or anything. The only way to contact then is through email. There is not. Live person. They admitted to taking ny money, but have been telling me for a month now that they would make sure ny money was back in ny bank and they still have not. I cant belive this is how there running this.

I bought this monitoring app from Auto Forward yesterday and had some issues activating it, so I thought I'd ask for some assistance. I sent a message in the hopes that they would read it and respond this evening. Surprisingly, I received a response within a few minutes. And everything was resolved in that hour. That was the quickest customer service I've ever encountered!

I never had to touch the phone to spy on it using auto forward. All I did was activate the software and I could see I messages text messages and calls and GPS. This program even let me see the snapshot history and other social media like Facebook and Twitter. It really did put my mind at ease and help me set my life in a new direction because now I was able to find out what I needed to know. The program itself worked very good. There were no problems and it was easy to get going. Before I bought I made sure I called the number to make sure that it was a real company and the people on the phone were very helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions before I bought so I felt confident making my purchase. I'm glad I did it works well.

I have a daughter that is in her teenage years now, and because I cannot check on her the whole day due to my late night schedules on work, I'm worried that she might be interacting with maniacs or rapists online. And I'm well aware of how trending online dating is nowadays. Good thing I purchased a monitoring app from Auto Forward, I prevented a possible nightmare when I read her deleted conversations with this suspicious "friend".

I wanted to track my kid's real time location and I paid $69.99 for it. Well, it didn't work at all and their customer support was worst. Believe me 30 days guarantee is just a joke to collect money. They don't provide said features. Our kids safety is much important than our money. So, I tried Xnspy and its location tracking feature is amazing. It is even less expensive than Autoforward. Interestingly, it notifies me about places I have added in their Watchlist.

What I was told by their customer service was that it wouldn't be compulsory to have physical access to the device in question, however this was not the case after I had purchased the product, even at that there was nothing on the dashboard and their customer service made no attempt to any complaints. KITSORTS on the other hand, were humble and were very good at providing all the features. I had learnt of their customer service folllwoing reviews I had read about their amazing service. I'm pleased the lnstagram customer service were absolutely easy to talk to, I reached, them there and they responded as fast as possible.

I tried other software (teensafe) but it did not work. I had to wait hours for information to appear. I read on the Internet about Auto forward and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because it worked a heck of a lot better than teen safe. Information from the iPhone was displayed I think within just a few minutes. It really didn't take long at all. It did everything it was advertised to do and it did it quickly and easily. I really liked how it organized all the information which made it very easy to follow conversations and the GPS location of the phone. A tool like this makes it a lot easier for someone to monitor a cell phone. You won't be disappointed. Good software.

I own a car repair shop and we offer a service where we drop off the cars when they're done and the owners can't come down to pick them up. This means I have to send out 2 of my drivers to drop off the cars. Lately my drivers were taking way longer than they should've and I was concerned. I installed Auto Forward into their company issued phones and I could see exactly where they were during the drop off. It was very helpful to keep my employees on track.

After reading some bad reviews on this company, desperation allowed me to believe the few good ones. Now, I'm believing it's the same person writing the good reviews because this company actually operates with at least 3 different names. They lie to you and when you purchase their product, they never refund. I've now realised that I've fallen victim like hundreds others to this company and it's exactly the same reasons given for no refund. I did not use their product and they promise to refund then changed their mind. How can we shut them down? I need to report them to google so they get deleted from google search. I'm going to do all that I can to put them out of business

As a concerned dad of a teenage girl I was curious about what she was doing online. I know like every other little girl she's obsessed with social media and taking selfies, but where those selfies were going was the part that concerned me. I used Auto Forward to monitor her photos, texts and social media and it was awesome! I found out that she was only sending silly faces and texts to her group of friends and that was it. Thank god! And honestly what was I thinking? She is only 12 after all! But whatever. Auto Forward definitely helped calm my suspicions!

I brought the service and tried it out. I went through the steps of install but couldn't retrieve any of my spouse texts. Just her contact list. So I was disappointed, I requested an refund bc it was within the refund timeframe. Still haven't received my refund. I don't recommend this service bc it doesn't work like it says and you have problems getting your money back. I had an Android phone.

I was hesitant in using Auto Forward because the way my colleague describes this spy app, it sounds like it's too high-tech and too advanced that I might not be able to cope up. I'm not really tech-savvy which is why I was looking for a way to somehow catch up with my son's tech-savviness. When I started using the app, surprisingly, it's super user-friendly. The dashboard is straightforward and organized. And since it's automated, I don't really have to do anything else than accessing and viewing the readily available reports.
