This is the first time I used AuthenticateFirst, and I will definitely not be my last! They gave very clear instructions on how to upload photos (video tutorial included!) And also an estimated turnaround time. The turnaround was in fact quicker than estimated and I received an answer within a few hours.

I sent them a Chanel bag to authentic for me. I sent it filled with paper and carefully wrapped to avoid damage in transit. When they received my bag took about 4 days to authenticate (not the 2 mentioned on the website). She let me know it was shipped. I had to request tracking number to make sure of what was going on while I'm transit. When I received my order I was shocked the way they sent it back to me. The purse was folded up, no protection, creases all over... it was really really bad. I'll post pictures. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Go with leather surgeons. They authentic as well as treat bags. They make sure all bags are sent back with care. Needless to say I will not use them again!

Love how easy it is to use this service and for the prompt and courteous customers service. I live at least 2 hours from any store where I could do this in person and this site much quicker and convenient.

Your response to me is a half-truth because you did refund me my money but the damage has been done because I have already paid the seller and now the credit card is going after my $#*! due to your humongous mistake. You said then that you would be sending me a document so that I could submit if I decided to present a dispute and that never came to me so you are lying. But I have not rested and now I will be taking legal action against you for your incredible disastrous mistake. You giving me my money back due to your mistake is not doing me any favor. I am out the more than $2,000 due to your inept and unprofessional service. I have already reported you to the Better Business Bureau also. Just waiting to present my small claims and will make you accountable. Ladies please check reviews/complaints regarding these scammers.
