I sent them a Chanel bag to authentic for me. I sent it filled with paper and carefully wrapped to avoid damage in transit. When they received my bag took about 4 days to authenticate (not the 2 mentioned on the website). She let me know it was shipped. I had to request tracking number to make sure of what was going on while I'm transit. When I received my order I was shocked the way they sent it back to me. The purse was folded up, no protection, creases all over... it was really really bad. I'll post pictures. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Go with leather surgeons. They authentic as well as treat bags. They make sure all bags are sent back with care. Needless to say I will not use them again!

You have a Chanel Boy Bag - this style cannot be "folded" up. We send the bag back with all of the packing materials and used the same box. If there's an issue w/the way it was received, get into touch w/the post office to file a complaint, because they must have damaged the box and it's contents. We are happy to supply your tracking # and help w/claims.
