Costway

I saw these foam shapes on FB and thought they would be perfect for our Granddaughters 1st Birthday. Easy to order. Fast delivery. Can't wait until we see her play with them.

Having never done business with Costway, I was a little bit suspect, so we only ordered a couple of the items we needed. The Adirondack chairs and table arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I was provided with tracking so I could keep up with the shipment. The packages arrived in good condition. The chairs were flat packed but we were able to easily put them together. We feel that the quality is good and we plan to order more. We were very happy with our experience.

Everything to now has gone reasonably smoothly. The time it takes to arrive will be the most telling factor. You are in Victoria and so am I so I expect delivery should not take long given the item is listed as "in stock".

The item was (according to the tracking) handed over to Australia Post on the Monday 19th June (somewhere in Melbourne) and processed that day. It wasn't delivered (to Sale) until Friday 23rd. It sat at a sorting centre in Melbourne for 3 days - terrible delivery service.

I recently bought 2 outdoor coffee tables.
They are weather resistant, a perfect size,sturdy and very easy to assemble.
They arrived well within time and are well packed.
I couldn't be happier with my tables

The item came quickly in the post, was easy to assemble, appears to be of good quality, and was easy to use.

When I assembled the pram, however, I noticed that one tire was a little warped. I wasn't bothered by this as it didn't seem to affect basic use. I then inflated the tires, and while I was inflating the second tire, the first one popped. This seems to be because of the faulty / warped wheel as the tire was only inflated to the recommended level.

I will be contacting Costway for a replacement.

Came super quick, exactly as described and is perfect for our little girl. She loves to sleep and play in it contently and travels well. A little heavy but with everything in it and how sturdy it is thats understandable.

The treadmill arrived within days of ordering it and the transport company sent up to date emails on delivery times. The treadmill was so well packed so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. I found it easy to assemble and the instructions were not hard to follow. Te only problem I found was the running belt was not aligned and ran on the left and side of the frame, but this was easily adjusted following the instruction booklet. All in all I am very happy the the unit I chose.

I purchased a climbing tower for my cat, Little. Despite the photoshopped images on the site being a little too entertaining (namely the gesticulating baby and the scale of the cats haha), I trusted a fellow purchaser's positive review and placed my order.
Shipping was efficient and the box arrived in good shape. Putting together the tower was easy (though you do have to read the diagrams carefully), and I was able to do it on my own. It only took an hour or so (lots of parts).
I am quite happy with the quality and the price and Little likes it! She is the Princess!
Loses one star only for the images on the site being unbelievable - I think this makes you question the authenticity of the product, and this product deserves to be purchased!

So easy shopping on the Website, checkout was just as easy, I bought a fairly large item and it still arrived quickly. Overall I cannot fault the experience I have had shopping on this website and with this Company.

Love the product. It is so easy to move around. I can't wait to have my baby and use the cot.
I struggled to set up the cot but foundout i was not following the instructions. Someone from Costway sent me an assembly video and now everything is easy peasy, and too comfortable! I am very happy.

It was delivered quickly and everything to do with the sale was excellent. It was very easy to assemble.
However the chair needs better padding on the seat. I am only 58kgs, so not heavy and it feels hard for me so it would not be comfortable for a larger person. It is not the thickness which is the problem but the quality of the foam or whatever is used.

Although I loved the design and fast delivery, the item was a retuned one which was repackaged and had some dents and the colour was peeled in some places.
Not a serious issue but I expected a new and healthy cabinet rather than something which was returned

Delivered on time. Packed in a stout cardboard box. Each piece was individually wrapped in plastic.
Assembly screws and nuts were contained in individual plastic bags. A Philips screwdriver was handy
To aid with assembly. The assembly instruction booklet was adequate with diagrams for each assembly stage. My only criticism is that the protective plugs at each end of the pivot rod for the tumbler barrel refuse to stay in situ. If I can find where mine fell out I will fix them in with a Selastic adhesive. The flanges on the plugs require to be longer to enable more of the plug flanges to enter the pivot rod!

Overall my experience with costway was good but there was a problem with the design of the product I bought.The trolly I bought for 150 has two sets of wheels,fixed and swill.The swill or caster wheels can only be put in the front which makes the trolly very hard to maneuver.Not only its dangerous but also usless.Now I have a trolly i spend 150 dollars and it cannot be used.

Very easy shopping experience - just selected what I wanted, added to cart and paid for it. Can't wait to get the product!

The customer service have a quick respond when I have the order issue and help me sort it out. I receive the product whitin one week. The team inevstigated and get back to me the solution within 24 hours when I found some part is broken.
It is a good shopping experience and will select Costway again when I need it.

Kitchen cart KC******* is totally ideal for my small granny unit. The look is clean and tidy and the castors a terrific idea when space is limited. The flatpack and instructions clear enough for my daughter and granddaughter to assemble the unit. (Lots of frivolity involved).

Awesome bed, price was surprisingly low for the quality of I bed I got and was delivered within 4-5days. Will definitely be searching through webpage now for more bargains and will be downloading app for future purchases

Very smooth transaction. Fast delivery for this time of year and good communication on where the package was at. Have yet to test out the product but fingers crossed it's all perfect!
