I'm very happy with my purchase and have to say that it's much better than IKEA furniture for quality, price and ease to put together.
Costway were great but I did not know the parcel had been delivered, no knock on door and door was open. Later that day I went to the letterbox and the parcel had been stood up at the front of my garage and I had to lie it down and drag it to my porch which is on the side of my house.

When I contacted them about my aircon unit breaking down they told me to fix it myself and sent me two video links with instructions how to do it. Then they offered $150 refund and asked me to get a technician to look at it. (Techs cost $165 just to come).
Be very careful. I will not buy from them again.

Got this portable air conditioner quite some time ago. Just took it out of the box and used it 4 or 5 times. First the remote stopped. No problem. Now power button won't work. Remote won't work. Cannot turn machine on at all even though it has power. Found out company will not help without several email's continuing to ask for purchase details even though I said I cannot find them and simply want to buy a new remote. In the end I got a 'we do not sell replacement parts' no sorry, no kiss my $#*!, no offer to help.

Great product, my dog uses these stairs with ease. Great service and fast delivery.
I was very happy with the overall appearance of the finished shelf. The different heights of all the shelves are interesting and unique. I appreciated that we were supplied with gloves and everything required for assembly. The only downside is that the holes weren't pre-drilled for the castors to attach to and this made it very difficult to attach the castors at even intervals so they lined up on both sides.
