There was no customer service telephone contact phone number to help with assembling the tricycle. A small ring holding the pedal occasionally comes out and might be lost as it is very small.

Very quick delivery and very easy to put together. The screws for the drawers however all fell apart. Managed to fix with some other screws we had a home. The heads all popped off of the casters. Overall we are very happy though.
