My friends and I have been making orders from them for about a year now. They're response time in usually within the day, but is still depends on the time you inquire. When payment is made and completed, its just a matter of time when you'll get your products. Im they type of person that when I find a reliable source, I stick to them and become their loyal customer.
Total SCAM throw off and diversionary tactics. Looks like it or tries to look like it has broad customer service infrastructure. Processes card payments through dodgy resellers if you use card you must do a chargeback eventually the merchant providers will boot dodgy sellers also don't do local au transfer! Although might be worth getting their details and notifying their bank who will boot them straight away if they know they're scamming

Always shows up, ordered about 4-5 times now, shows up just may take 4 weeks (AU). Au-roids always comes through and offers refunds if your stuff is seized, The product is exceptional.
What ever you do Don't trust this "kyleduncan.is" I fell for it and regret it they are a scam.

Did not receive my order. These people are nothing else than big time scammers and they cannot be trusted. Now I'm using kyleduncan.is with big success. Kyle is legitimate and you can trust him.
Provide you with a fake shipping number, tell you to 'keep waiting and have patience' then just simply stop communicating when you question them and ask for a refund. Don't waste your money!
