Chickasha
October 16, 2022

Abigail at Chickasha branch was very sociable, and kind. If she didn't have the answer she went to figure it out instead of dismissing my concerns. Good asset to your team.

I wish I could give negative star reviews! Over ten years I've been with this service it has progressively become worse and now it's almost monthly it worsens. I have all five bars showing signal and yet it take 2-3 minutes to load basic web pages or apps. Their "5G" has litterally made it worse! And yes, I have a 5G compatible phone! I've have serious accounting errors in my back account due to this issue on top of the major frustration of watching wheels spin and blank white pages for minutes at a time. I've reached out multiple times to try and resolve the issue with nothing changing. I connect to wifi and my phone is flawless. So why not on my "unlimited" data plan... And thats a whole other subject. Biggest scam and worst cell service ever!

Shooting me in the foot
October 15, 2022

I had a past due amount of $400. Yeah, I know, but paid $250, and I DoorDash, so asked if I could get an extention just for the weekend and make up the difference. After being booted out repeatedly, on attempt number 4, I was finally given a way to get around the suspension and got booted out of the chat again. I gave up, try the next day, now needing WiFi, because my service is suspended. I finally get someone who looks into in, and the only thing that can be done is to contact the Finance Dept., for them to override it. But, you see, I can't call Phyllis in Accounting, nor 611, as YOU SUSPENDED MY SERVICE. The WiFi no longer allows me to sent IMs, so I'm now cut off from the world. I go into an AT&T store, explain my situation, and can use their phone to all Finance, where a guy tells me that my account is suspended. "Yes, I know that. That's why I'm FREAKING CALLING YOU, CAPTAIN OBVIOUS. Is there anyway I can have just a few days of service so that I can pay you, because I need my phone for my job with Doordash." No, he says. "Well, here's the problem. No service, and I will be unable to pay you. Even if I go get a different job, they can't call me to tell me I got the job, because, yeah,, no service. So, if you want to guarantee I never pay you, just keep it suspended." He's sorry. Me, too.
So I apply for an EBT card, get a paper saying I receive EBT, which gets me a free phone, have to transfer my into to the new phone, but it keeps sending a security code to the Old Number, and since I no longer receive texts...
I've been working on this problem for over a week, all that could have been avoided if the had just given me 2-3 days to come up with the money. Over 7 years with this company, and I think it's time to start seeing other people.

Buying a $300 hotspot plan prepaid, is like a trip thru hell. Ordered online, and paid online, and they sent sim for my hotspot. ERROR they sent a "cell phone" sim, not a "data" sim for hotspot. Called and asked for help and spent literally hours. Told me finally to go to store for help. More hours. THEN AT&T finally "discovered" they had sent a cell phone sim, the wrong type? What consummer knows there are different sims? Anyway, their solution was to give me, free, a data sim and put it in hotspot. What I had to do, on my own, again, was to pay and activate this "data" sim online with ATT. I did that. Now about 15 total hours in all this added up. THEN i see my account and "bill" and it shows I owe, again, the $300 for service or I may be cut off.? WTF? Hotspot still working. A call to billing on AT&T is a fail as I am told their "system is having problems and is down and they cannot load any account info" and to call back later and keep calling and it will be up sometime, maybe today. I would not trust these people to go next door and get me a cup of coffee with a $50 bill. All bad news. Sorry, if this is what a top NYSE company does, not long till it loses all its consummer customers.

Att is just the worst. Your guys customers service is awful and the animated voice is just playing annoying and can't get anything correct. There's always some type of weird glitch or something with the website, the service is actually the worst I've ever had, to the point where my gps will legit track me 5 blocks to the left. Shame on me for going with the cheaper route, but at this point I'm ready to pay double to go crawling back to Verizon.

Be aware that AT&T are sharks. They are worse than the mob. Their English 101 overseas customer support should be called customer ripoff. I have recently discovered T-Mobile and say they are the new example of quality service, generous pricing options, customer support folks are intelligent, considerate and do what ever they can to give the customer a good experience whereas ATT is an automated disaster. I had 2 cell phones and a tablet.
All lines were cancelled and received an email stating that my auto billing was coming up. I checked my AT&T account to see phone lines cancelled (after a $466.00 payoff for a traded in phone) but the iPad was left in my cancelled account with an $80 Oct-Nov charge. I called to dispute the charge and said that the $20/mo. Charge I had been paying for the last year was now $80 and if I want to close out my account it must be paid off first. Bottom line is it's paid off and now they will start the harassments and extortion process.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
October 13, 2022

I went to AT&T in Roosevelt Utah, they promised our bill would be a certain price after 60 to 90 days. 9 months later my bill is still twice as much as promised. Each month they say they fix it and each month it is worse then the month prior. Calling 611 to get help has been a waste of hours each month with nothing being fixed. I've been on hold for a total of 13 ours with AT&T and my account is still not fixed. Still get a bill well over the 300 I was promised when switching over to AT&T. A bill of over 700 each month.

I recently got att fiber. The guy they sent out to look at my home talked me into getting a phone from them also. Had Verizon before this. He brought the phone to my house and transfered my data. And away we go. They put in the fiber internet. And my tv's constantly drop or freeze up while I watch the wheel load. Phone was 260.00 when I decided I couldn't take it anymore. Spectrum which I had before this, never a problem with my TV. OR my Verizon phone. Well spectrum had a deal, so I decided to go back to them. As well as giving them my phone business. Paid off my 260.00 phone paid my bill early, so there would be no problems. Spectrum told me I needed an unlock #, got it. Called Spectrum, then I needed a network unlock #, then I needed a PUK #. Everytime waiting on the phone for 30 min to talk to someone. It took from 10AM to 9:45 PM. and I was told by Spectrum and Verizon this 260.00 phone isn't compatible to anyone but ATT. Why wasn't I told that when the guy was selling me the phone. I URGE YOU NOT TO BUY A PHONE THRU ATT. I use to live in another state and had att for 39 year. They had gotten increasingly worse. And my bill was big then I had 4 phones internet and cable thru them. At the end they began to lie. I swore I would never go back. But that fiber thing brought me back. WASNT WORTH IT. THEY STILL LIE. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY SORRY AND UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION. I'm on a limited income and I just through away 260.00. SHAME ON THEM. DON'T USE ATT. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL SUCK YOUR BRAINS RIGHT OUT OF YOUR HEAD. BEWARE.

Att 5G is the worst
October 12, 2022

I'm literally sitting here with 5G and 4 full bars of service and I can't get anything to load. Can't watch a YouTube video without it buffering for 16 minutes, Facebook won't load, texts are slow to send, messenger is useless. Before 5G I had zero issues. I continously have to reset my network connection, turn airplane mode on and off. Most the time calls won't go through. Why am I paying for what feels like the 90's dial up for 10 times the cost?

Too much $$$$
October 7, 2022

I was never told I'd have a bill 3x larger than I was told for the first month. Then they were charging me 2 weeks of service I haven't yet used. How can they do that. I had to call and complain and finally got my account credited more than 50% of the bill. Now I see my bill is $75.00 instead of $50.00 and I have yet to see my employee discount or the auto pay discount applied to my account... I'll be leaving AT&T real soon. Shady $#*! company with the billing! Then I get attitude from the customer service reps when I call... probably because all they hear is complaints from customers who are getting ripped off! Rediculousness! Ridiculousness!

Worst Customer Service
October 6, 2022

ATT customer service is awful. They do not speak clear English. Takes more time to get them understand the issue. Waste of time. Humble request to ATT - Please move the customer service to better English-speaking countries.

AT&T is an absolute nightmare. It is a brutal capitalist trap at its best. Absolutely no customer service. It's almost unbelievable. A bunch of Robo calls that lead nowhere and eventually just hang up on you. It is absolutely unbelievable. This company should be prosecuted by the government. Because there's no way that they're living up to their end of their contractual agreement. They give you nowhere to turn. I put you in front of hopeless workers who cannot help you because they don't have the tools to do so. And the company sanctions all of this. It's unbelievable that a company like this exist. Older customers do not sign up with AT&T there's no customer service it's impossible to navigate through the BS it ends nowhere in the phone hangs up

Customer Service Representative Bianca (id BA*******, Atlanta Office) not only solved our problems and explained everything we need but kept all of her promises to our complete satisfaction. It was just unbelievable for us - being the AT&T loyal customers for over 30 years! She is the best example for other employees.
We would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

I so tired of companies like at&t internet TV and phone service two to three times a month or over 3 days my connections drop and fails to work because of old wiring and crossbow being to far using old wiring and this AT&T is not willing to invest in black neiborhood with fiber optics. Everybody around me has the same problems when they fix one person get fixed two others drops off.

AT ALL COST AVOID AT&T! Whatever they tell you is false advertisement and they treat their customers horribly. My wires got knocked down by a UPS driver without me knowing and so I called to ask AT&T what was wrong, they ran a 2 min test and jumped to the conclusion that it was my motem. Then made me wait 3 days to get a new motem, then made me set it all up myself. Same issue was occurring. Then I kept trying to call back and would get a report answering machine that would have me go through multiple steps to then inform me that all the lines were busy and to try to call back later. Finally go through to speak to another human by threatening the robot with canceling my service. And then they transferred me 3 times asking me to repeat my issue every time, waisting an hour of my time, despite me telling them from the beginning to send a tech out to fix the problem-that it wasn't my motem. I then ask for a refund for the days I have no been without service but still paying for it, and she tells me she can't offer it because that's the first call I've made to seek assistance. Y'all I'm going to lose my $#*!.

Good work
October 4, 2022

We switched from another carrier due to high bills and bad customer service. When we started with AT&T, we notice no dropped calls, better customer service and easier bills to understand. The plans were much cheaper than our previous provider. We got some additional incentives for being military, and we sure do appreciate the recognizing our military. I'm not sure if we'll upgrade anything but I'm glad we're with this company. Thanks for great service. Keep up the good work.
