Terrible company. They send in-home experts to your home to give you a great deal, and then you realize that you were scammed pretty bad. I was a very happy T-Mobile customer for 6 years with $140 for 5 lines. When I get ATT Internet, an ATT agent came and gave me $132 (total after all the taxes and charges) for 4 lines deal. I switched it, but it turns out he was lying. The monthly bill is indeed about $200. When I call call center, they say I "misunderstand" the deal. How convenient. Good scam. Very rude and terrible customer service, too. STAY AWAY!
Said trade in any cell and get $800. Sent my Samsung S7 and they only gave me $35. Now l am stuck paying $1400 for a cell l didn't want in the first place. Been with them many years. This is how you lose a loyal customer. $#*! you AT&T. I hope you go bankrupt you mother$#*!ers!
Sara at the Business park location is very knowledgable and helpful, when she was not available she recommended Pepper her co-worker who also provided greta support. You both are great. But I must say Sara won my heart with her customer service. Thank you Sara
Impossible to talk to someone. I need my phone fixed but can't get help without signing in. I'm not gonna ask the account holder for her ss# or login. If I stole this phone the owner wouldn't still pay for it. Easy as that. Ridiculous
I have one (1) SIMPLE phone line. I call the small business loyalty department and get a quote and the very next month they over-charge me. Always citing that the rates changed a week after I spoke with them. Bogus Info! I'm tired of trying to get ahold of them. I've spent way too much time on this issue. Switching to Comcast Business. Their rates are much cheaper and I'm sure my experience will be better! Good Luck!
As a 19 year customer of AT&T / Cingular I find it ridiculous that the company as big as it is, is unwilling to assist they're long time customers with the activation fees, or upgrade fees. Even Cingular in the early years recognized that its the customers that make them number 1. However as AT&T continues to grow and push advertising it has lost sight of the goals created by the parent company. 19 years, 7 lines on my account, and they cannot be moved to help in any way. I am not inclined to switch companies at this time, but believe my loyalty to this company has taken a hit and given the approach they have taken after all these years, that says something.
Again, thanks for nothing AT&T, I'll remember this.
I have been with AT&T for a few years, with several lines. As my kids had gotten older I let them get their own lines. Thinking that my bill will go down with less lines on my account. Yes it went down a little, but the remaining lines went up. I called and asked about it the said it was how they did it. More lines less you pay on each line. I disputed it and ask for a manager. Never spoke to management. Was told that they were busy. The service isn't all that great. It takes a while for things to download or even serf the internet. Don't let the towers go down in your area. It takes forever for them to get them back up and won't even reimburse you for the inconvenience.
My daughter, husband, and I switched service from Verizon to AT&T. At the time we switched service, we traded in our phones for an upgrade. We were specifically told that with the trade in, each new phone would cost only $100. This was not the case. We are actually now paying $22 per phone monthly for 36 months, which is about $800 per phone. There are additional fees associated with our account that we were not informed of. We have already been on the phone with AT&T several times, but have unfortunately, not gotten anywhere. Verizon service all around was much better and they were always upfont and honest. We will be visiting the nearest AT&T store, complaining, and then switching back to Verizon. Advice- don't use AT&T.
They have this automatic international charge that I was not aware of they force it to be added. They charged me a large sum! Stay away! I closed my account the suctions service were all rude and unwilling to help
My bills from AT&T Mobile were consistently inaccurate. It's incredibly frustrating to have to scrutinize every statement to catch overcharges or mysterious fees. This lack of transparency and accuracy in billing is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism.
In conclusion, my experience with AT&T Mobile has been nothing short of frustrating and aggravating. From poor customer service to unreliable network coverage and misleading promotions, this phone company has failed to meet even the basic expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options before committing to AT&T Mobile.
The customer service is horrible. Never call unless you 2 hours or more. Almost impossible to get a technician dispatched. After being overcharged for poor internet service they put in fiber. I kept having to reset the modem due to failure. They gave me a contract without my consent. When I tried to cancel after over 14 years of poor service and high billing they ripped me off with false billing then sent it to collections. The service person I cancelled with said I was paid in full. I had to just pay them because it wasn't worth the effort and frustration of trying to deal with there bureaucracy.
About two months ago, AT&T sent me a message. It required me to respond by email June 15th, I had to decide whether to accept paperless billing or regular billing. Failure to respond would, result in a $5.00 additional fee for paper bills. This month, I was hit with this fee. Now let's put this in perspective, I have one box, my monthly bill is in excess of $200. In addition, this is minus the $30 connectivity discount. It seems as though AT&T believes they're the only game in town. Needless to say, this service is on the way out.
AT&T waste people's time. Since January and the switch to 5G I've spent over 10 hours with customer support. Self analysis my phone doing troubleshooting you name it I've done it. Long story short. Had to switch back to 4G twice now, and still have unreasonable services. Awful company.
I"m getting over billed and have tried to pay bill on line through checking account.
Customer service... has said it's straightened out.
Going to try again... third time today.
If they can't fix my bill and won't take my money, somethings seriously wrong with Customer Service.

Lost land line service a week ago. Was told that no technicians were available. Today a tec. Whom I never saw, left a door hanger with his name and time of service claiming it was fixed. Well it wasn't! Well I called the number on the card and got auto this and auto that before finally talking to a live person who explained that it was too late in the day to get him back out here and next week all available technicians were busy!
I asked why this guy didn't knock to make sure our phone was working. Of course no good answer. We are in our 70's with health issues and need our land-line working. Our doctors use this number. Wish we could not pay them but our internet is through them. Terrible service there as well. You want a copy of my bill from them as proof?
I have been with ATT for years now and they are only getting worse. I don't get notication texts notifications until they have already expires hours ago or day and sometimes not at all. I had a hacked device that an ATT rep sold me and was completely ignored. Not even going to the local ATT store did any good. They do not care about customer service nor your satisfaction. I'm leaving ATT and finding a better service provider. They are horrible.
I recently switched to ATT from tmobile, hoping that I will have better network and coverage. It was a big mistake. At the point of sale, their staff at Costco Kiosk said all the convincing words and all were lies and untrue. I learnt the hard way. I traded a brand new unlocked Iphone 13 pro max for their 14 pro max with the hope that I will get back my trade in value of $1k. They lied and lied and I am now stuck with a very expensive bill, terrible coverage and poor internet. They misrepresented or did dishonest marketing on me. Will never recommend using their services at all.
Switched to ATT. Was told by rep my payments would be about the same. They were not. They were way more. Service in the areas I used TMO before are worse as well. The rep assigned to me answers the initial message says. Oh i will look into it. Then. Crickets. If I could switch back to TMO I would.
They tricked me to change my plan: used to pay $ 205. Every month, and now I am paying $285.
I have been speaking with so many "costumer specialists" that have no problem lying over and over until I see the new bill the following month: Then, story begins all over again.
I am tired of wasting around 5 hours in total ever month: problem is that I signed to a lie they don't take responsibility for. I wish someone in power, or with the right information on how to take on these thieves would do something.
I've paid off the installment plan and was told that the phone would get unlocked. It was confirmed twice that it was unlocked but somehow the confirmation email was never sent. Over a week long, 6-8 hours later, about 15 phone calls...10 of those phone calls mysteriously got disconnected with no return call, the phone is still locked and they conveniently asked me to check back on Monday (after another billing cycle) and having to wait for another 30 days. I know for a fact that this is a 15 minute fix.
This is such a racket and ways of frustrating consumers so that they stay with AT&T rather than deal with this. I was planning on removing just one number but now am moving my whole service elsewhere. Don't switch to AT&T. New consumers beware of going with AT&T.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
Answer: Because they never really will cancel your service! They overcharge you and when you finally get a hold of them they still refuse to help.
Answer: To answer your question, Simply there is no accountability at AT&T. They bounce you around and they make NO attempt for resolution.
Answer: I use to work for AT&T, they have gone from bad to worse to I don't give a damn, and that's a shame
Answer: That is just silly. He wldnt be a multi millionaire if his businesses were bad. You forget, everybody loved him till he announced he was conservative. Isn't it all the democratic mayor's and governor's states that are going to shit? Or would you rather take crime over parent choice?
