Impossible to talk to someone. I need my phone fixed but can't get help without signing in. I'm not gonna ask the account holder for her ss# or login. If I stole this phone the owner wouldn't still pay for it. Easy as that. Ridiculous
They would change the amount they charged me every month, then charged me twice in one month which made me call to cancel, they literally didn't cancel it. Then a few months later I found out they didnt cancel and all of a sudden I owe 700ish dollars. So I called about it and they literally act like I didn't people like them shouldnt have this power it disgusts me

Worst experience then im on google and it says "women led" that explains it. Women cant keep their feelings at home they are too emotional. You guys are lucky to be able to work yet prove why you shouldnt, then ask for equal rights

Dont use ups or atleast dont pay for faster shipping. They will say they attempted to deliver but ring doorbell says otherwise. Lazy. Then customer service is all women that dont do their job just want to make you mad because they had a bad day doing nothing
