My company changed phone and internet service because our internet and phone were constantly going out during business hours… Two months later we are still getting billed. Today I called to see if someone could help me get this squared away. I have been on the phone for 1hour and 50 mins and no one seems to be able to help me I keep getting transferred to different departments 6 different times. You should really do better AT&T. I give them zero stars!
I signed up for a broadband with several cashback coupons. Later on they told me, one of the coupons, the lowest value one of $50, invalidated the other $250 and $150 coupons, even though all three were checked out successfully.
Called a special customer service for gift cards, with a long wait time of 45 mins, only to hear there's nothing they can do. Promised to ask a manager to call back, never happened.

Was trying to decide between Cox and AT&T for wireless service. AT&T rep said they would offer me a $300 cash reward card if I went with them. I said ok let's do it. Fast forward AT&T now says they have nothing in writing and cannot give that to me. I cannot do business with a company that engages in such shady and dishonest practices. My bill this month went up almost $40.00 do to AT&T raising their prices, and removing their discounts and promos. They offer no additional data or perks for the extra charges.
This company has taken advantage of their customers at a time when we need them most.

I have been an ATT customer for many years because my area unfortunately doesn't have many other options. Two things that will make me switch companies as soon as another option becomes available - customer service and swindling customers. If you have any issues, their customer service is a nightmare. Essentially their system is designed to waste your time until you give up and just decide to live with the problem. Their operators have no real information or power so calling them is pointless. Second, they Will rip you off. I had a lifetime rate for tv service. They changed the name of the service which invalidated the deal, then they changed the name back. This is not a typo, it now costs 30x my original "guaranteed for life" rate. They have hidden charges and secret price hikes constantly. ATT used to be the model of a great U.S. company and it's truly sad to see what a cesspool they have become.
Okay so I get that at&t is supposed to have high speed network, and they do! There's a catch tho, it. Never. Works. For the last ehh, let's say 2-3 months we've basically been paying for nothing…Like I have to use my cellular data just to avoid getting irritated with it not working. We got someone to come over and look at it, he supposedly "fixed it" but didn't come in the house to look at wires or the gateway, anything really… So it was working fast, good, no interruptions for about a week. Then it stopped working, for like two months. We called at&t yesterday and they said it was that the gateway was not updated, so they shipped us a new one. Ten dollars. I still can't get it to work and at&t just wastes your time and money. Worst wifi out there. Oh! Also, the customer service kinda sucks so be prepared to get annoyed! :)
This company will charge you with endless fees if for some reason you get disconnected, I had issues when I switched to a new job and they charged me more than 200 dollars in fees only in two month. Stay awayyyyyyy!
Att customer service is a joke. All they do is tell you I'm sorry and I understand your frustrations and promise to take care of the problem so it doesn't happen again but I've been fighting with this company for 8 months now and they had the nerve to try to tell me what I ordered and supposedly received, which is completely wrong for I didn't order a phone but by golly they are charging me for the installment payment every month. I've already gone through the fraud department and made a claim. Now since they can't even keep their word after promising to resolve the issue I'm going to end my service with them and find a better company that actually wants to keep it's customers with them and happy. I'm going to try contacting the CEO of att and see what he says.
I have been a AT&T customer for over 18 years and every couple months my bill increased over $30 at a time. Call to get some help with this problem and they said sorry they can't help me even though I've been along time customer. Customer service is horrible, I'm going to Xfinity
In the at&t shop in Hawthorne, California, they sold me a prepaid card without checking my phone. It did not work because I don't have 5G, but no money back no other help. They just said, I should buy a new phone. So I lost a lot of money and a lot of time. Then I went to t-mobile and they made in 5 minutes absolutely perfect.
I lost my phone and still don't have service after two days of dealing with these idiots at ATT! I've left the company for good! I cannot believe how they can hold up changing service. I went to their store three times yesterday. I've spent hours on the phone, mostly on hold with the corporate dufus idiots who cannot do anything. The company has way too much power over customers. We need more regulation over phone companies like this. They behave in a criminal like manner. Imagine losing your phone and asking these people for help to restore your service. So you go to a dealer and instead of help they attempt to financially rape you! Creeps!
Call today because all my home services are not working and they told me they will send somebody Friday, that's 2 and a half days without tv's and internet and the people you call for support are garbage #need to change
Have got the run around since August.Was promised 800.00 trade in to switch companies and have proof.
Will not except any responsibility. Went today to switch back to Tmobile.Had to pay for phone I. Full.Said phone would be unlocked in up to one hour.Had to wait at Tmobile for 90 minutes,called back and was told up to 48 hrs. Representative at tmobile is a witness. Stay away!
I signed up for ATT and by second bill they charged me a late fee. I'm never late. Now I opened up bill and they added 20.00 for whatever reason and another late charge. Mind you, I have credit score of 810. These are the only late fees I've incurred. I believe they are intentionally Mid billing for profit. Next steps: corporation commission, BBB and attorney general
I switched to ATT last summer. Incompetent associates in stores created second account which I was not aware of. So I was charged for the same iPhone and 2 lines on 2 accounts. I was not receiving bills for the second account.
Yesterday I found about my second account from my credit report, which shows collection being started on me. Calling ATT support does not help. They see, they made a mistake, but they can not help, because now my account is not with ATT but with collection company.

I must say, I have been with ATT for about 15 years. In the beginning, it was so easy to get a free phone and a two year contract. Now there are no contracts but you pay for the phone. I believe the phone cost more than the contract. So they making money. My bill each mouth is way over a $100 for one line. But it is what it is...
Called to schedule service change. It was scheduled for today Friday February 3,2023. I have waited all day. Called to find out what is the lastest they will come to make sure I am here. She says she can't see the scheduled appointment for today. Now I have been on hold for 33 mins waiting to speak to a supervisor! This is horrible customer service and service in general.
They lie about everything Price will change every month keep reducing channels and your price keeps going up. The contract keeps change from 1 year to 2 year contract with out your notice real crooked company stay away at all cost
Damaged my home, claim for three years no resolution, end up collection from my landlord, lowering my credit. Careless company, the funny their workers are bunch of of unprofessional like their bosses.,I have claim number and bills that support my words.
I'm currently on hold with AT&T and have been on hold for over a hour… my record is 4 hours on hold. I have spent the last month trying to get my business phone number transferred which I have repeatedly had been told everything was good to go to transfer and then they tell me they need to reschedule my transfer date. They have rescheduled 3 times and once without my go ahead. I hate my service with AT&T. I would never suggest their service to anyone I would tell you that you will have better luck with two tin cans and a string as your phone service.

Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store.
