Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Two weeks after I ordered no reply as to when the order was shipped. I emailed and got this response. (Hello, your order was shipped yesterday. You will have it in couple days, sorry for delay.)
I will not order from here again. No amount of savings is worth it.
