I placed an order on this website before Christmas. I received a shipping notification email but the tracking number was bogus and not in the UPS database. I called the phone number on the website but just got a generic answering machine message with no identifying information. I also sent an email to the customer service address on the web site and got no reply. Has anyone else had a bad experience with this web site?
