Their laptops are durable! Let me just start by saying that. I used one of their laptops for almost three years and it did not break or anything. Had some problems with the audio but the tech service had that fixed within the insured term. They can build quality electronics, reliable. Can't say that they are too innovative since they are just going with the flow, and their smartphones do not have a lot of prominence in the market. Anyway a solid choice for computers i guess
They've fallen a long way. My last asus laptop last 7 years with heavy use before it started to crap out. So I bought another one and it was malfunctioning within a couple months. I've now only owned it for 13 months and 3 months of them, it's been in a repair shop. They promise it's all overnight and rush service, but the longest it's been gone for at a time is 7 weeks with no communication or updates. Their products are GARBAGE and their customer service is even worse. DO NOT BUY. They have two repair shops on the entire north American continent and they fight you about what should be repaired "because we can't replicate the problem".
I needed a laptop fast. The store I went to was sold out of the HP I wanted to purchase so I ended up going with ASUS as I remembered a computer tech telling me ASUS was good, he said not ACER. But ASUS! It's been over 6 months I've been working with mine and I felt the need to post a review on how great my experience has been, way better than HP, for sure. Super satisfied and will definitely return to ASUS for future needs.
Very cool company for computer hardware I have a lot of things made by them in my house and I wish everyone to buy and test at least some like video, motherboards, phones, laptops and etc etc. Site is super usefull and safe absolutely.
Love my ROG laptop from Asus. Amazing quality for the money I paid. Recommend this brand to all of the people asking me for advice.

I prefer Asus to MAC. To my mind, Asus is much better. I bought the newest laptop at affordable price. It works fast and is easy in use. Totally satisfied with a bargain.
Even if the prices are a bit higher than on other laptops, I like their quality. I have my vaio for about 4 years now and never had any issues with it

When I ordered ASUS ZenBook Flip 14 UM462DA, I was happy with this purchase. The screen is beautiful and touch. Runs all programmes I need it to run.
Called customer support about a stuck pixel. Got the usual "push 1 for:' menu but when I pushed 6 for monitors I immediately got a human on the line - no call waiting for an hour. Congratulations ASUS support for a job well done. BTW you need more than one stuck pixel to get a warranty return.
Asus has very good parts for pc, they are excellent I recommend if you want your pc to be powerful and efficient

Bought a laptop manufactured by them a few years ago. One day a large number of bad pixels appeared on the screen so I called them and they send over a DHL deliverman right to my house. After 2 weeks he came back with a fixed laptop. Thats what I call a professional customer care!
Solid and inexpensive products. Friendly customer care. I prefer to buy stuff manufactured by them over other suppliers - never had any problems with the warranty or product shipping.
All my laptops are made by ASUS. And for more than 10 years of using it I have never had no reason to complain. Smooth and efficient work. I really want to see a decent smartphone from them
Great long-lasting and really reliable parts! As in the previous review - everything is just top-notch, I also hope they issue a good smartphone, as those are surely the weak spot for now.
I've had an Asus laptop for a while and it has survived a lot. Mainly lots of gaming, going to college and random lan parties. I trust this brand a lot and will continue buying their products.

Definitely reliable products, the pc which is half made up of the Asus parts is still alive after 4 years of active usage much on the top frequencies. The laptops are quite reliable too, I got 2 of those and lately had to change one for the new version though still the old one is working perfectly, just hard for me to upgrade the laptop with new parts.
Very happy with my Asus Chromebook 14. I travel a lot & it's perfect to use in the car during roadtrips. Battery lasts roughly 9 hours & has no lag time. Not the most optimal laptop for my graphic design work, but that's the chromebook in itself. Would recommend!

I like all of the models of asus laptops. I have had 4 of them. All of them are expensive at all and they are too fast for their price. At the moment i use X541 model. It coasts only 300$ but i can either play or do my homework on it.
I told the Best Buy employee exactly what I need from a laptop and he recommended an Asus... My total came to about 1,110.00 but I have not had any problems out of it. I didn't think Asus would be up to scale like a Dell, HP or Apple but I was wrong.
The pc parts made by Asus are just something. I had never changed any of the parts because of their wear or breakdown, just to update. Reliability and durability are just 10/10. I recommend!
