I had to a problem filing my insurance claim for over a week. No one could help until I called on 2/17 and spoke with Chris from Asurion. He was absolutely awesome! He was so patient and walked me through the whole process. He should train the other C.S. Reps I've talked to. It really was a treat to work with someone that went above and beyond to be helpful. That man deserves a raise and a bonus!

Scheduled repair on line. Kyle showed up at my work, repaired my phone as I questioned him on his knowledge of devices etc. He was very professional and answered my questions satisfactorily. Phone was finished in 30 minutes. Excellent service!
We were having trouble with my husband's iPad that is a little over a year old. It was not turning on or charging. We used the online option and they resolved the problem in less than 48 hours. By the next day we had a replacement and a label to send it back.
I dropped my phone that cause the screen to go dark and we drove to Asurion device repair location in Duluth MN on the following day. The staff at that location are very polite and made me feel comfortable leaving my broken device with them while my wife and I grab a bite to eat. They called me to explain their inspection findings and I was very pleased that my phone was repairable. During that same conversation the staff member doing the repair figured one hour to complete the screen replacement due to other devices ahead of me. To my surprise, they called me about 40 minutes later stating my phone repair was completed. The location in Duluth, MN had no problem providing the four P's of attitude, Patient, Positive, Polite and Professional is really hard to find today under one roof. Especially when it comes to fixing/repairing someone's digital devices the four P's could be a challenge to achieve.
I had called in on behalf of my son's phone which was completely not working. The lady representative who helped me submit my warranty claim and have it approved was outstanding in my humble opinion.

Good customer service experiences are far and few, but this was one of those rare moments where every box was checked. The teamwork was impeccable so if my device is ever damaged again, I know I'll be in good hands at this is the location and I would also recommend people to be serviced at the location because the level of attentiveness and care that I received throughout was phenomenal and refreshing.
I came in to get my back glass repaired. Luckily they had my part. The in store repair tech talked me through the whole insurance process with ease and assured me the repair would take only 5-10 mins max. It sure did only take about 5 mins. I will definitely be taking my phone here next time it needs a repair!
My screen was damaged, and the tech had the new screen applied, the battery replaced, and new adhesive applied to the back plate (it had started to wear), within about 15 minutes. The tech was super chill, very friendly, and clearly competent. And then at the end of the visit, he casually mentioned that due to the slight water damage on the inside, that could explain the cell signal issues I had mentioned experiencing, along with his suggested repair that might fix it. So now I have an actionable path that 5 hours of tech support had yet to provide. Great job dude!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
