Had two stereo systems go down because I lost the processors. The claim process was very easy and within a week had an answer on both. One was repaired, the other a loss. My only complaint was the unprepared was not returned, and it took awhile for the check to be cut.

Update. After fighting with the company, they resolved my issue...
I purchased a fitbit watch with the warranty. The watch was 1 year and 5 months old, so well within the warranty. There was some type of battery issue where it wouldn't charge. Anyway, they wouldn't cover it. I'll never purchase this warranty again.
I bought a two-year extended warranty on a laptop I bought from Staples. One of my kids absolutely destroys electronics and I suspected this would be no exception. Indeed, they managed to break open the case and destroy the screen, keyboard and touchpad in a year and a half. I contacted Asurion and they fixed everything, no muss no fuss. From the time I shipped the laptop to them to the time I had it back fully repaired was less than a week.
My only complaint is that the intake process for the claim was messier and more time-consuming that it should have been. But once the claim was properly initiated, everything was great.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
