My son dropped his phone and cracked the screen 2 times now this company has been extremely easy to deal with both times it may seem expensive but worth it in my opinion
We have 5 devices in our house so I bought the Asurion insurance coverage about 10 years ago. I have used it 3 or 4 times over that period and each time it is so simple and so fast I am amazed. Today I filed a claim for my wife's iPad - the whole process took about 3 minutes and based on past experience we should have the replacement Tuesday. This is by far the best warranty coverage I have ever had.
This comment is about the service I received from Advance TV Service in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Robert, the owner, not only worked around my schedule but was very professional and nice. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their TV serviced. He was very knowledgeable, and I am pleased with my overall experience.

I've had a few things break and I've been so glad that I bought an Asurion Protection Plan for each. They have saved me a lot of money. The process to start a claim is so simple. I was online with them for less than 15 minutes and I was approved and asked to return the item and will then be reimbursed. I had someone named Rejoice(cool name) help me. She was so nice and she made the entire process really easy. I've never had a problem with this company. They always get the facts of the matter and tell you if you've been approved. I've always been approved. The problems I've had have always been covered by the original agreement. I couldn't be happier with this company.

I had a number of issues develop with my laptop computer over the first couple of years of ownership. I had purchased the insurance at the time of computer purchase and made contact with the insurance company to make a claim. Given the number of issues I had identified to be repaired, some of which I thought might make it unreasonable to make the repairs e.g. charging port, battery not holding a charge etc. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when my laptop was returned and it was cleaned and looked like new with all my issues addressed to my satisfaction even including the missing rubber feet on the bottom of my case being replaced. When the time comes for me to replace my computer I will certainly plan to purchase the insurance plan again. Was it inconvenient to prepare my laptop for return and to go without it for a couple of weeks, sure - but in the end I would say it was worth it.
Asurion and their rep Ronaldo handled my warranty with speed and no issues. Great to deal with, and I highly recommend them.

During the first week of having my device it was cleaned once again like my Verizon phones only this time I had better support 3 AT&t and I cracked my phone by dropping it and they were amazing and quickly getting a replacement claim filed and it was so easy and take no time at all
