Insurance for pool blaster

I filled out the form online. It was very quick and easy. Then I did a "chat" with a representative that made sure that everything was filled out correctly. She finished all the work on her end and I got a reimbursement right away for the broken product. Amazing customer service! I suggest doing a chat after you file your claim.

Asurion Service Agreements ROCK!

Usually never buy service agreements, but did due to a 4yr coverage for a reasonable price and a history I had with printers. My first time having an Epson printer and so glad I bought the Asurion agreement through Staples. Issue with a "maintenance box" which I never heard of with prior HP printers. Robert of Asurion helped me online through the whole issue and learned I had to replace this 'box'. Was reasonably priced and will purchase and install myself. The chat and connecting to my computer went extremely well and many thanks to Asurion having such a great tech!

I was trying to set-up/activate my new phone. My previous phone had been trashed (by me), so the "info transfer" part was more challenging than it needed to be. Regardless of the ups and downs of communicating via the website "chat" function, I was most fortunate to have a "Tech Coach" name Jaymi.
