Cynthia was amazing

Claim was processed immediately for my replacement phone, received it next day. The hard part was getting it activated. Cynthia had the patience of a Saint! Worked with me for hours, and finally diagnosed the error. I am thankful for her amazing and wonderful customer service.

Verizon Tech Coach

Very seldom need them but cannot imagine life without them when the unexpected goes wrong!
Suddenly stopped charging. Went and bought a new charger to no avail but tech coach got it charging again!

Paxton was very helpful and understanding with my issue. Although we could not get a final resolution this person went through many steps and was prompt on addressing my concern. They were like talking to a friend vs support. Way to be awesome Paxton!

Best customer service ever

I needed some clarification on what is covered under my policy and I was able to speak with a person named Tina. Who was amazing. She sent me links that I can go look up things that I needed and told me about other things that That in the future if I need it fixed, you guys would do it. She was just amazing. She sent me links that I can go look it up for myself and she explained everything and most of all she was kind. It's hard to get that kind of service anywhere. Thank you for the amazing service you gave. I'm happy I bought the policy.

Outstanding experience

Received new phone through insurance claim. The phone literally came the next day in the mail. It was easy to transfer all my info over. I had to reach out to have my phone activated and I chatted with Kim. She was so personable. She had conversations with me about my children. Literally first time ever using the chat feature and having it feel so personal and caring. Thanks for going above and beyond helping me today Kim!

It was so easy to file a claim compared to what I used to have to do. Call them and fill out claim then call them again and all that. Now all done on the website.

Broken phone fixed in a jiffy

Threw my phone in the washer yesterday on accident and had it shipped within the day (it's a Friday going into a Saturday) the instructions were super helpful and I ended up receiving help from Kim on Asurion website to active the phone and she was awesome and so patient! So not stressful and so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing phone issues.

Great Techs!

The tech that came out to resolve my issue were wonderful. My issue was fixed in no time. The tech had a great communication and there was no doubt of when I could expect them. They called me 30 minutes before they were to arrive and were right on time fix my issue. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Brainless experience

I had a new iPhone 14 issue in that I could not get the phone to function properly so I chatted with a Verizon tech (Lisa) and she was very patient and walked me through every step and there was several. Step by step she stuck with me until completed. Thank you Lisa.

You can't fix perfection

Man, if you go to someone else to get protection for your stuff then you are seriously missing out on the best customer service EVER! I have never experienced, in my 62 years, any service that beats Asurion. When they ask what they can do to make my experience better, all I can say is, you can't fix perfection!
