My service call technician came the day after my call, found the problem and ordered the part. The part was shipped to my home. Upon his return to install the part, he also helped me clean the floor Under the stove while it was moved. All within an hour and my problems were fixed. The best warranty service call ever. I wasn't sure if I was making a good purchase with this plan, but if it's an item you make intensive use of like a headset, etc it is definitely worth paying a little extra if only for the peace of mind that should anything unexpected happen you're saved from spending another $200 or so at the worst of times, like holiday season.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who answered all of my questions about my device replacement (Z Fold 3). He was very knowledgeable, and even provided his professional opinion based on his experience. This helped save time and efforts regarding my particular situation (hinge issues are almost never covered under Samsung's warranty). He also informed me about the possibility of getting same day replacement and suggested I complete the claim process first thing in the morning to get the device that day.
