Samsung denied my warrant claim (big surprise!). Asurion had a new phone to me the very next day. When I chatted with Elvin to reconnect my SIM card in my new phone, he was fast, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant.

I switched my service a few months ago and I have to just say that I have really enjoyed the new company. Any time I do experience an issue, they are quick to fix it. They go above and beyond to make it right. They are also very friendly and helpful. I really wish that I would have switched sooner.

We purchased a protection plan through Amazon at the time we bought my son his mini-trampoline, and this week it broke. When I attempted to submit a claim I was told that trampolines were ineligible, but since we had been offered and paid for a plan, Asurion would honor it. Awesome! It's nice to see a company standing behind sales, even when they were in error and not even particularly their fault. Refreshing in this day and age!
