So after a period of time I was having issues with my ice maker that I purchased. Called in to report the issue and the process was simple.
I'm glad that I have an insurance with asurion, I have a peace of mind and nothing to worry if my gadgets is lost. Happy with the service
Our dryer quit Asurion sent a repair man right away to see what the problem was. He came back the next day with parts and repaired the dryer.
Asurion home protection has been a valuable to me once I signed up for it. I have used it several times on my computer and with several phones.
It was very easy to get my warranty issue resolved. The same day I submitted all the required information, I had a store gift card in my email.
Repair of my iPhone 11 was done swiftly and Jon explained everything in a clear and professional way. He did a great job and treated me very well.
Awesome staff friendly and on time.I dropped my phone off and picked it up when they said it would be.the phone is brand new again with no issues
Had the best person helping me out setting up my phone. The person that helped needs a promotion for sure deserves it
EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE ONLY THINK I WIL RECOMMEND IS THAT MAYBE BEFORE GIVING APPOINTMENT, ASKING DAY AVAILABLE WILL BE SUPER. I GUESS IS HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS.
The worst experience of my life, wish 0 stars was an option. Do not bother getting them. Waste of my time and SO MUCH MONEY! Let me tell you my personal experience:
Me and my husband got this insurance just for my phone cause I tend to crack my screen a lot. My husband scheduled an in home repair for a certain date from 1-3pm and they were supposed to text me exact time and etc. I took work off early that day and that day comes and it's already 12:30pm so I called Asurion and the guy I spoke to said "you're good. They'll text you a time" I even asked him to confirm the time and he said 1-3pm. So I wait at home paitently for that text, no text came and it's already 3pm. So I call them back and they say I'm not even in the system and the only thing they see is a pending in mail claim. They also say that for my location it's impossible to get in home repair and the closest location is an hour away from me. (So wait. How the hell did I schedule online if that wasn't an option in the first place. How does that make sense?) I was beyond pissed off. I took work off early and called them before to confirm before and the guy assured me it was all good. I was on the phone with them for over an hour after that and they tracked the guy down but nothing happened after that. So I called Verizon and told them their insurance company sucks and they need to find another company to work with and canceled it. Now I'll have to find a place near me and probably pay over $100 to repair my screen. Waste of my money for real. This is not a professional company and do not bother getting insurance with them.
Called the first time, told him my phone screen was cracked. Told him that the screen was flickering but wouldn't come on anymore. He told me that internally it was damaged and I would need a full replacement. I said hmm, that doesn't seem right so let me call my buddy with a repair shop. He confirmed that when a screen is replaced, it's an all in one lcd/glass replacement. I called again, they then asked if the back was cracked, I said yes. They then said that it would need a full replacement. I called their repair shop and confirmed all it would need is the screen kit and that if I wanted the back could be replaced for $77ish. I then called for a 3rd time talked to a lady and explained the whole situation and she said because I was misinformed by the first rep I talked to she would set up an at home repair appointment and get the screen fixed and if I wanted to, I could cover the back damage repair. I said great. Monday comes around and I get a text saying they don't have the parts and to call back and reschedule. I did and they then needed a second account pin so they couldn't help me. I then called Verizon, got the pin set up, then called to a 5th time, I've been transferred 4 times now and no solution. I've been lied to twice. They continue to tell me I need a full replacement. Don't get insurance from them. Just save your money, but a case and if you need to just pay out of pocket and get it fixed. They are a bunch of scammers.
The tech was super fast at fixing my issue. I dropped my phone off and within 2 hours I had ot back as good as new!
Absolute nightmare and still ongoing. Purchased washer and dryer from Home Depot 3+ years ago along with a 5 year extended warranty. I have NEVER used the warranty. Having problems with the washer water temperature now so called to use the repair service I had purchased. Round and around and around and around on their automated system asking the most ridiculous questions. I finally gave up and just picked a number and finally got someone on the phone. Limited English along with limited ability to handle my claim so she switched me to another department. The phone rang and rang and rang until finally a recorded message came on: "Thank you for offering to participate in our survey." What? I hadn't even spoken to anyone yet. Hung up, got another person. She said she was calling the local Home Depot store to get a copy of my receipt and to stay on the line. I held for what seemed like 20 minutes before the line went dead. Had to call back a THIRD time. This person seemed like she knew what she was doing. Took down enough information to fill an encyclopedia and said someone would be contacting me about setting up an appointment to come out. What? A few minutes later I got a rather threatening email from them telling me that they would not proceed with setting up an appointment until I supplied them with a copy of my receipt. What? Look in your system! Then it said if and only if they received a copy of the receipt and determined it was legit, they would call me back within 3 DAYS to set up an appointment to repair the washing machine. I called Home Depot and they seemed very upset and the store manager was going to have his district manager look into this. He, too, thought it was ridiculous. He found the receipt for the washer and dryer and 5 year extended warranty in their system which took him all of about 2 minutes to find. I am waiting for a call back in the morning from Home Depot but NO customer should be raked over the coals like this. I don't know what company these other people bought their warranties from but I feel like they must be paid endorsements at this point.
Had questions in which were answered and was given the help over the phone and went very well. Easy peasy lemon squeeze!
Great Customer service, friendly associate, and quick resolution! Will buy asurion coverage everytime!
Brenda did very good at helping me. She listed and didn't just ignore me
Asurion LLC. I purchased item protection from this company and now that the product has failed they are refusing to honor my claim.
Filing my claim was quick and easy. Cherry was very helpful and polite. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
