After I signed into my Portal, i requested to chat with Tech Support to ask a couple of questions pertaining to my Coverage, before I would proceed with starting my process, which was to file a claim on my 2 damaged devices that are both covered, at the same time…So that I wasn't met with any ridiculous hurdles. Ronmart, my Representative was very helpful and assured me of all my inquires. And the Answer was Yes I can, either by way of electronically on My Verizon Asurion Site or Calling a specific # to speak with a Live Person to Help me through the process so that I'd be 100% confident it would be handled correctly. I'm of course choosing the Live Person, whether I've gotta be on hold for a duration of time doesn't bother me bec my issues will be more understood intimately and I won't make a mistake.Bec we all know Mistakes can become pain in the "you know what." Maurice was on time, polite and did a great job! The repair was done right in our driveway and didn't take long at all.
Set an appointment for 5pm-7pm 3 days away. Tech no shows so call and get an eta of 1 hour. Tech shows to house at 8:40pm and finally finishes service at 9:15pm. Not very good customer service!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
