To be concise, if you buy even an inexpensive watch (a $46 smartwatch on sale in my case) and it's $5.99 for the Asurion insurance--it's worth every penny. My watch stopped working properly after a little over two years and Asurion reimbursed the full cost in the form of an Amazon gift certificate (I purchased the watch on Amazon). So, I owned my smartwatch for two years for less than $3.00/yr. It just doesn't get any better than that. Or does it? Asurion sent an email to me with a prepaid first-class shipping label too. As soon as I mailed it and they new it was on the way, they sent my gift certificate code to my email. I enjoyed choosing a new and better smartwatch for less and bought another Asurion 3 year warranty for $5.99. I had $8.00 of gift certificate balance left (huge sale on the smartwatch that I wanted); so, I made $2.01 for owning my old smartwatch for over two years. It just doesn't get any better than that! I buy Asurion Accident Insurance on anything that costs more than $40 because my experience was the same with a smartphone in the past too. Asurion is awesome coverage and they make the process very simple and painless. I highly recommend buying Asurion insurance! A+ 100% satisfied customer (enthusiastically satisfied)!

I went in because my son cracked his screen. I had a warranty through AT&T and Asurion was the place to bring my phone. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind, knowledgeable and made me feel like my son's phone would be able to be fixed. His phone was fixed way before they said it would be. It looked like it was never broken. I completely recommend them and their services. Might be bringing my son's Nintendo Switch in to get fixed by them next.
Asurion is a rip off company. While you have your tool covered by a manufat/ warranty but you want EXTENDED warranty. So you get a policy by asurion and find out later they run at the same time and when you call them, the foreigner on the other end reads a script and will not transfer to manager... so you spend money opn a year thats double covered and they DO NOT CARE.

Staff was very polite, the gentleman that helped me out explained the approximate time & everything was perfect. Even asked me to check to male sure phone operated before I left.
Scheduled an appointment to have my cracked phone fixed from 11:00 to 1:00. Did not show up. Did not call. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service who said the technician called when they did not. They did not show up and have to wait another week to get another appointment which they may not show up for very bad business

Excuse after excuse, they kept me calling Comsumer Cellar, finally a supervisor from Comsumer Cellar called them with me on the line, all we got was more excuse's.I was told at one time they stopped making the phone I had, so they would give me a refund, that never happened. Even the supervisor from Comsumer Cellar tried to reason with them but did no good. These people are liars and crooks.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
