I created a claim for a replacement device on Aug. 16th, 2023 and Asurion "sent" the replacement device via UPS. The delivery driver from UPS went to wrong street and couldn't deliver. So I contacted the UPS office to try and fix before returned to seller, but never received a call. Now after many attempts and failed promises that the replacement device would be delivered this day or that day I come to find after checking with UPS 8/21/23 that it hasn't even been turned in to be shipped (first attempt only had 1 attempt at delivery and was mailed back same day of attempt of delivery). Here we are now almost a week after original claim submission and no replacement device. Every time I have to use their warranty/insurance there are issues getting the replacement device. Not worth the hassle of paying monthly for insurance, for only when you need to use it to have to have all the run around and talking with reps from different countries with no help other then reading what I can already see(no other help). I pay for the insurance / warranty each month and rarely use it, only to have these issues every time I have to use it. Not worth the hassle to spend money with your company. Buyer beware!
Upon arriving at the At&t store I didn't wait more than 2 minutes for Tim to come out. He was professional and personable. He explained every step clear and concise. I returned early than what was quoted and my device was ready. He walked me through everything even checked on getting me a new screen protector. He walked be out and held the door.

I got a cellphone for two almost two years and im with asurion paying $15 monthly so my cellphone breckendown and i made a claim. As everyone knows gadjet or technology depreciate quick and every year you got something better. By saying all these after two years your technology is almost outdate.so after two years if my device need to be replace its hat to be update or at least they should give a gift card that value your device so you can get something better

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
