Sent sound bar in for service on Nov 14th, was received on Nov 16th. No updates until Nov 23rd with a email asking how your service was. Had to go on line and chat with Medy who had to do a lot of research to find out what was going on with my sound bar as there were no notes. Found that my sound bar could not be repaired and they were issuing a refund for the sound bar. Which is great, but instead of me sitting here waiting on info or delivery of my repaired sound bar, sitting on chat for about 30 minutes, a little reach out by customer service would have meant a lot. Very poor customer service.
I could not get my printer to connect to the internet to print some business materials. Asurion had me back online in minutes.
This has been the worst company to deal with for cracked screen repair. I have now had a cracked screen for over 3 weeks. The technician that they scheduled to come out and repair the phone has called right before or during the time of the scheduled appointment to tell me that they don't have the part in stock. This has happened four times. They don't even offer to reschedule the appointments themselves when the part is available. That takes another call to Asurion. There is no communication between the technicians and Asurion for parts availability. I finally got feed up and had Asurion direct me to a store to get it fixed. The store did not have the part in stock either. So here I am paying a monthly fee for insurance that does absolutely nothing for me. They will not send me a replacement device without paying the full $200 deductible instead of the $29 cracked screen deductible. I will no longer use this company due to their poor customer service. Please look elsewhere for insurance.
They are very helpful, kind, patient and understanding. They will go all out to solve your problems. I recommend them to anyone and stand by their product. Thank you Asurion for your service!
Been with them for over one year. Laptop broke. Made a claim for the laptop. Rejected because "the product in your claim is not covered by your plan." I called in to find out why, they said that there was a mistake on their end and I need to resubmit the claim and assured me I would be covered.
They reopened the form and I filled out the claim again. It spit out a rejection once again, same reason. I forgot about the insurance and it kept charging my account. About 5 months later I called in to cancel my service, they looked into my claim from 5 months ago and said they will get it sorted and my laptop will be repaired. They sent me the form again. I filled out the form. Received rejection letter. Immediately called to cancel service. Customer rep said to give them 4 days and they will reopen the claim FOR THE FOURTH TIME. I said not thanks, all they were doing is giving me runarounds with assurances that it'll go through and I'll get my laptop fixed, but alas, nothing. Nearly $324 thrown out into the wind. I have all conversations recorded (allowed in Texas) and screenshots/emails of every rejection.

When purchasing a phone from any provider. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT USE ASURION as there insurance carrier. Asurion and there representatives will lie on the spot when you are making your claim. Asurion will "assure" you that your phone will be overnighted to you but that's a lie. Took my phone 4 days to get here. Bottom line they take you money as fast as possible then the emails of your phone being on back order or delayed start coming in. ( This is a business line i have being with sprint for over 20 years, which is why i could not nor should have being lied too)
I sent my Samsung S20 5G for repair as the charging port crapped out & received 6 emails to call. I called 3 times, only to hear the back of my phone was cracked, and it was $29 for the repair, which was *not* the case when i sent it in. 2nd phone call same thing. 3rd phone call, i was told it wasn't repairable & it was $279 for replacement I think the repair techs damaged my phone & were trying to blame it on me. I have multiple medical issues including Fibromyalgia, anxiety& depression, which goes into a feedback loop & my emotions hit all together, so i end up melting down, crying with lots of anger for 3 hours while i dealt with this situation on Friday & today
Great experiance with tech michele she was very knowledgeable and friendly, she understood my issues and was egar tto help, sge was a good salesman and tryed her hardest to get me to sign up for added protection but at this time i am not able to add any to my budget

This company is the worst insurance company ever! They try everything to reject your claim. And if it's an Iwatch you better forget about it, they would never replace it.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
