Asurion have had my new flip 3 phone over a month. Everytime I called i get a rude representative saying call back next wk for update. Never a $#*!in update. Am so pissed. Am still making payments on phone. Whenever I get phone back am canceling service and going through my phone provider for warranty. $#*! ASURION

They are completely $#*!ing $#*!ed, these wankers havent got a clue what theyre doing, they lie to you, they also $#*! you about when making a claim,
Also they are complete scam artists, they charge you excess fees close to that of shop repair prices so technically you only end up insuring your phone for 3 months before it would opf been better off going to the repair shopwithout the need of insurance.
They dont do any repairs aswell they just send you a new phone meaning you cant retrieve your beloved photos and videos and numbers
AND also force you to pay 350 quid if you dont send your broken device back to them.
Avoid these $#*!s like the plague and coronavirus that they are.

Suddenly stopped charging. Went and bought a new charger to no avail but tech coach got it charging again!

I called number, gave me website. Went in filed claim, paid deductible, and phone will be here tomorrow. It us such an easy way of doing it. It is the only way to go.
Set up to have a tech come to my house and repair touch screen on iPhone. Called ahead of time, arrived in time as well. Very friendly techs and completed work quickly. Excellent job.
