I recently got my IPad fixed at Asurion in olive branch. After bringing it in with my Touch ID working when I received it back the Touch ID was no longer working. When I brought it back the employee said there was nothing he could do because he threw my sensor away so there was no way I could get it to work. I am very upset and will never be coming back or sending anyone there because I don't want them to have the same experience as me.
So, I couldn't access my voicemail, (I don't know if I'm allowed to share their name, so I'll call them S) but S really helped me out. Their replies were speedy, easy to understand, and made so much sense. S really helped me figure out how to change my voicemail. Without S, I would still be trying to figure out which app my voicemail is on.
When I had called in to try do my claim over the phone. I had got someone who didn't no a lot of English and I could just not understand in the process att sent a link to do it online I clicked the link and when I tell you amazed because I was done less than 5 min when I had been in phone with her at about 7 min
Bought a GE refrigerator at Best Buy. They use Asurion for warranty plans. I had a myriad of things go wrong, Asurion at first were fine but sent sketchy repairman. At the third repair, I was told by Asurion that they no longer had any repairman in my area. Santa Barbara. And I was told by a repairman that was because all SB repairman were never paid for their repairs by Asurian and will no longer take their calls. Ugh. Given my refrigerator was leaking water on the floor, a huge problem, Asurion agreed to rreimburse me for repair. I had tthem on the phone while the repairman worked so they would know exactly what he was repairing. Turned out to be a computer part, as well as other things. Asuurian said, OK send us the invoice, the charge was $500. I did, Fed E xd, , and well after many many phone calls since, emails, whatever I could think of I have heard NOTHING. It's all a scam.

Well I have to say that I have been an plus member for almost two years and I have been disappointed with my claims very good customer service people and technician always go the extra steps for the customer
I was switching devices from Android to iOS (iPhone 14 Plus) and the experience with the setup was very smooth. The agent (Denise) was supper patient with me and ensured my new device was fully functional and all my old data transferred over to my new device.
I was so sad my phone was damaged as my bday is tomorrow - I thought i was going to miss all my bday calls and texts and videos and pics! I was freaking out until i got on my iPad and simply after a quick, simple, multiple choice questions ( some with pics :) - i had filed a claim and my phone is on its way today! ETA 1 PM today! It's literally 8:35am, I'm having a coffee before my baby wakes up - and - I'm already done! Heck yeah! These guys rock!
Thought it was gonna be a pain to use the protection plan, it turned out to easy. Would purchase the protection plan again on high priced items for a piece of mind!
It seems they make the process as difficult as possible! I will NEVER, and I mean never deal with them again. System is terribly glitchy. Affidavit can't be performed with wireless phone but can be done on a wireless Mac. I had to submit it three times all with conformation only to be told I had not submitted. Chat line kept telling me to try again between 7:00-10:00 cst. It was 7:00cst. I finally got thru at 8:30 cst only to be told not to use the the language I was using. All I said was, "I have submitted it and got a conformation email damnit!" after tech insisted that I didn't submit claim. Run fro
I have paid for insurance for my iPhone for about a year and a half and when my phone started malfunctioning and I went through Asurion to have it replaced, Asurion denied my claim! Asurion insurance is a total SCAM, what's the point of paying for insurance if I can't use it when I need it? They're a dishonest company and offer horrible service and are just after peoples money, don't pay them anything!

I goofed up registering a sports tracking watch. Put the coverage on the screen protector instead of the watch… I thought it would be a hassle to correct the problem. It wasn't. Service agent totally took care of the problem - quickly. Thank you for the great service!

I chatted with Mary Gold on 1.3.23 and Edward Richmond on 1.5.23 about a problem with my appliance. Mary initiated my service request since it wasn't visible on the website. Later Edward canceled my service request when I discovered the appliance was still functioning. Very easy interactions with both representatives. Thanks to you both for your patience!
Called them, told me they would send someone out to my place between 7pm-9m they never showed up! Didn't even get a notification why they didn't show up, money wasted!. Called hack today gave me the run around and told me they would ship it out again for another $129 BS! They said it isn't a guaranteed that I would have it by today (11/8/2020) but promise it would be there by (11/10/2020) But will still need a card on file again for another $129 WTF! Been trying to get our refund from last night and they aren't refunding us the $149 for the deductible of a new phone. So guess we will take legal actions now what a bunch of malarkey don't give in! We will be taking our business elsewhere.
My experience was not bad with Asurion from beginning to the end everyone was very helpful in trying to get my claim in and completed. Over all it took about 2 weeks and now I am awaiting the arrival of my new Television from Asurion all because I purchased the Asurion home coverage plan through AT&T for only 24.99 a month which I am glad that I did because having this plan saved me from having to purchase a new Television out of my pocket..
I got their insurance under the impression my phone was covered. I was told my phone was covered.
I pay almost $20 a month for insurance that says unlimited screen replacement for $29 among other things its covered for. Well tried getting my screen replaced but asurion refuses to uphold the contract stating my phone isnt eligible but nowhere in the contract says my phone isnt eligible. Yet they refuse to fix it but they sure have no problem taking my insurance payment. If youre only going to pick and choose which phones you want to fix then, do the logical thing and I dont know put what phones arent covered so people dont buy this insurance and get ripped off by your false advertisement. Also very rude customer service wanted to argue and talk down to and laugh at me because im trying to get what I pay for. This is a joke, all they care about is robbing their customers.
I called because my phone was lost and they made me jump through loops and i still have yet to receive my phone that was do for same day delivery. My time slot was from 7pm-9pm. 8:30pm Came around and I still had not received a phone call from anyone so I took it upon my self to call. They told me that the phone was never picked up and that there was nothing they can do for me besides mail it out. I was extremely frustrated due to the fact that they charged me 200$ for everything an I still haven't got a phone, they had me waiting all night on a Friday when I could have been out having dinner with my family or anything of that nature. A horrible company to have for insurance worse its a rip off
First Verizon has been on top of spam calls from the beginning. I am sorry to say I have been bothered by Possible Spam call and texts and Asurion with just a few steps got me to the selection that hopefully will end a lot. I wear bluetooth hearing aid but never ever answer while driving, but the beep beep in my ears even on silent is very bothersome. I rely on ringtones and voice mails to know I need to contact. I have come to the point of being in the past and only turn on my phone between 6 and 8pm, like in the days of a landline at home it was the only time to reach someone who worked. It is sad to see everyone connected to social media while driving or outside of work what an anchor on your soul. There was real freedom in yesteryears.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
