The Asurian person I talked to on the phone said I should get a new phone in the mail in 3 days but it never came I think because I declined to buy additional insurance that she was aggressively trying to sell me. After the 10th time she tried I spelled it out to her that I was not interested in extra insurance. She then didn't send me a new phone and had to call back to the same aggressive sales tactics. The company is a scam.
A gentleman stopped by letting us know that we now have cox cable available for us. We were very excited because we were never very happy with American Broadband. WE had to have our landline along with the internet to keep the cost down, So now were have dropped our landlines and signed up with Cos for internet services.
The Tech that came out was very patient and reassuring. He got the screen fixed and had a very positive attitude.

My phone and wallet were stolen so I don't have access to anything. They told me that they were going to be coming to my house anywhere between 5-7pm. DID NOT SHOW. DID NOT CALL. It was 7:30pm and I called them to find out that they put "notes in their system" that they could not make it. Then they proceeded to say that they will have to ship my phone. I have currently been without a phone for 4 days. The lady on customer service said for herself that there is always a problem with the drivers not delivering the items on time. I am extremely frustrated. I have to use a phone for work, it is not ideal to go almost an entire week without a phone. These people suck. Did not offer me a refund, still had to pay the same amount of money AND MORE for FedEx shipping

WOW, Mack was 100% the best customer service representative that I ever had. He helped me finish a claim that I had filed months ago struggling with lack of communication & help from AT&T. It didn't even take that long to do with his helpful guidance. He also was very helpful with information that I did not receive from AT&T about the deductible that I have to pay. He was so kind & patiently guided me through the steps that I tried to fo before & wasn't successful at until tonight so I can't thank him enough for his help. I wish I could get that kind of service from other customers service representatives & other companies!

We had to wait over a month to have a serviceman come to our house to repair two things on our LG Range. The service itself was great, but the wait time and the excuse of being shorthanded did not sit well with us. and this was the 2nd time we experienced this type of delay!

They have been good in the past at replacing phones. This time, my Pixel 3 kept going bad so they paid for a phone.
But they have a very user unfriendly system. FIrst you file online and then you can't complete the claim online - you have to call. Of course, my phone isn't working. I borrow a phone and during the half hour wait, they keep saying go online. And whenever I go online, they say to call.
When they finally got me, they said I had to send my old phone back within 10 days or I wouldn't get the reimbursement for the phone they said to buy on my dime. 7 days later, they didn't send the replacement, so I had to call and they were.
Very frustating system, and they won't let me leave reviews.

Assurion website and the initial support person clearly explained the process. I received my replacement phone within one day, fedexed to my vacation home in a rural area. The process of setting up new phone was a little frustrating since it assumed I had the old (lost) phone and I had no phone to call for support (I used by I watch which was running out of battery and the tech called me back a few times). Eventually I used the onlline support did get it resolved and my replacement phone is now working.
Asurion makes Insurance claims so easy.and very, very fast. My family has older iPhones (that we love); and have had the need to fix them (Glass, Battery, etc) and Assurion continuously delivers. Simple process and extremely friendly Customer service if you get stuck on their "Online" return portal. I encourage EVERYONE to purchase thier protection plan...they PROTECT everything.
They make it so had to follow through with a claim it takes FOREVER! They completely Suck!
Its like a 5 step process everything taking days to do, I believe they purposefully make themselves useless so you don't follow through with claims.
The person on the chat was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could to submit my claim, which I appreciated a lot. I received a company to fill out a claim form and have it uploaded to their site. I've been trying to upload it, but I keep getting an error page. Even when I try to find another way to upload the form, it keeps bringing me back to the error page. They make it hard to submit a claim.

My 2nd Kobalt leaf blower broke. Kobalt didn't honor warranty on my 1st blower, so I bought Asurion protection on my 2nd and when it broke I went online, gave some basic info, got on the chat and problem solved. No hassle, get my purchase price back as an amazon e gift and done.
I fear my ADHD had gotten the best of me- I found myself in the kitchen flipping a second quesadilla; all at once, it came back to me: "I was chatting with the Asurion guy!"
He was patiently awaiting my return. I considered asking, "are you AI, Patrick?", but I knew this would only spoil the sensation of magic and gratitude, because AI need love too.

Starting with our Verizon cell phone almost 20 Years ago, we have purchased Asurion protection whenever it was available, because we learnt very early how valuable it is.
So far we have been able to get our cellphone face glass and tabled face glass fixed, twice had our rhoomba irobot vaccuum cleaner battery serviced, and now our Hamilton Beach food processor problem addressed
The Asurion purchases have more than paid for themselves and the biggest benefit to boot is the peace of mind that came with it!
I received excellent customer service from the representative that I talked to file my claim. She was very helpful, caring and assuring! In fact she actually filed my claim for me.
I had a cracked screen on an iPad that I purchased for my granddaughter for her 12th birthday. It was engraved w/ her name and I didn't want a replacement.
I received the return box for the repairing on Tuesday. I sent the iPad in for repair on Wednesday and I received the repaired iPad back on early Thursday morning. INCREDIBLE!
The service is complet and utter GARBAGE. Submiting a claim requires you to jump through a million hoops, thry always find a way to not honor the claim no matter what the device is or when the device was damaged and all they care about is keeping you paying for the next month. No true solutions to any issues. They claimed they couldn't see the serial number on my smart watch. I asked if they had access to the photo I sent with it and they hung up. Do not waste your time or money. Total Trash.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
