I recently submitted a claim for a broken screen on one of my business account lines. I ended up speaking with the adjuster of my claim. She was so incompetent and ridiculous that I got so close to moving my business account from verizon to another service provider competitor. She informed me she was going to deny my claim. When I demanded a reason she told me she couldn't tell me because it was confidential. I thought this was ridiculous as I expected to be told why my claim was denied. I felt Asurian was not being transparent and fair in handling insurance claims. I don't recommend to purchase any insurance from asurian.
This monopoly of a company is a total fraud. Had a cracked screen. Only 29 bucks. Ok. Got their refurbished piece of junk sent mine to the. Couple weeks later 250 bucks charged in addition to the 29.
Latest apisode is flip4 screen coming off after few months. 275 deductable. I could just get a refurbished one for same cost. So point of having insurance is what exactly. You can buy referbished ones all over 250-300.
I hate this company.
Great service and follow up from Asurion representative. They kept me informed throughout the process of getting my TV repaired. Followed up with a call on the day of my TV being brought back after the repair.
Duncanville TV repair was great from picking up my TV and quickly fixing it and returning it.
Its been 6 days after my phone was stolen and still on the run around with asurion. Today a customer service agent yelled at me and then HUNG UP on me after I asked to speak to a manager! I will NEVER use this company again which I have used for over 10 years!
My voicemail that I had never really used you're really used kept notifying me continuously. It was so annoying it was about to drive me crazy! Hopefully it will quit working after this session with this wonderful person that helped me troubleshoot the issue!
Buying an insurance for 'what if' situations is a no brianer but when it comes to the time of wanting to use it, the fear of how the vuatomer support would be is in everyone's mind. I can put you at ease by letting know that my experience was top notch. They couldn't fix it so they simply refunded the money. They didn't take long to respond and didn't beat around the bush. And mainly, they didn't try to use some ceappy supplies to fix it either. I would rather take a refund than something else fail as a result of this fixing. Thank you for the quick and efficient support.
I filed a claim before noon on a Monday, paid my $99 deductible to get my 2yr old, low end phone replaced with a refurbished phone of the same exact model. It shipped the same day, but did not reach me till Wednesday night. I'd already been without a phone for a day (Sunday) when I filed the claim. Sunday morning till Wednesday night is a long time to wait when you've paid $17/month for 2 years PLUS a $99 deductible. I've paid $507 between the monthly premium & the deductible, but could have purchased the phone new at the Verizon store for $499 & had it the same day! Definitely NOT worth the price! I won't be insuring any phones through Asurian in the future. Next day should be NEXT DAY, especially since I'm paying more for a refurbished phone than I would for a brand new one!

My phone was stolen from my table when I turned my back last Friday 28th october. I called AT&T and reported it stolen. However they did not shut the phone off or blacklist it just sent me straight over to Asurion. The Asurion rep told me he had taken care of the phone and it would not be used. After a full week I am still being $#*!ed around. I sent my drivers license and an affidavit in three times and god knows where it went. Also asked how old my ex wife is (who the $#*! cares?) I had to force AT&T person to black list my phone last night. Asurion didn't even send me a follow up email that never came. After I get my phone I am dumping their insurance. To make matters worse I may lose my job, because i need a phone to go to people who need their machines fixed. Oh and I really loved the lady talking over the chickens and the roosters in the room. Hire Americans dumb asses! Say hi to PUTIN for me f--king commie bastards.

Good luck dealing with them. U can't even get back in contact with them if u have claim and u need an address change. It routes u automatically until it just hangs up on u cuz ur already existing claim is "taken care of" when you put ur ptn in. ALSO, u cant really leave feedback. U have to go through some 3rd party ive never heard of before (sitejabber) just to vent. ABSOLUTE TRASH.
I wish I could give zero stars. I bought an Asurion applicance warranty through Home Depot and just ATROCIOUS service if you ever have an issue. Bad Amana product that sprung a leak after a short period of time of ownership. Once you file a claim, you get shipped off shore to talk to someone in another country about the issue and they can never help you because someone you can't speak with is making decision. They are trying to tell me I need to wait two months to maybe get a replace part in (drum) versus refunding my money or just replacing the washer. It will most likely cost more to fix than just replacing the $450 washer, but yet they want me to go two months without the appliance... if not longer. But, for me it is the fact that they would never allow me to speak to someone in the decion making process to understand why my rrequest for replacement or refund was denied.
AT&T continuously provides the best phone service, customer care, and technology support! Thank you for all that you do to ensure all my expectations are met!
These people reject any claim there is from lost to just damage. Everything narrows down to their logic decisions so it better to buy insurance elsewhere or save money to put out of pocket.

My Samsung Refrigerator ice maker broke down. I made a call to AAFES Asurion to report it, after one day Samsung Authorized Service called me back to set an appointment for replacement. I was glad that I bought an extended warranty protection and it's worth every penny. Highly recommended to buy Asurion Warranty.
The lady that took my claim had a very heavy ancient and she put the wrong address that I told her down to where I can get my replacement phone. I don't think 9538 I-20 Frontage Road matches what she put down which was 9538 Eye 20th Centrix Rd. Please do better or get someone that understands really good English

I had to work through Asurion to get a new phone. They had the wrong information for my phone so I couldn't complete the claim online. Tried to call and they told me I had get Verizon to fix the information. Did that and called Asurion again and they told me to wait 24 hours. Then I 'completed' the claim and even got a voicemail saying that the phone would be sent soon. Next day I tried to check up on the status and there was zero record of finish the claim. I had to call a 4th time to finalize everything.
Asurion - Your website doesn't work. Stop making me listen to 5 minutes of reminders to use the website when I have to call your phone service. I wouldn't call if I could do this online.
I was just mentioning to the customer service chat person, marygold, how frustrating it was that you if you order a phone ahead of time, before you receive the claim refund, you end up with an Amazon gift card you don't need since you already bought the phone. Or you have to go a few days WITHOUT a phone if you wait for the refund before ordering a new phone... I was thrilled I was thrilled when she offered me another solution, that they could send me a check in 7 to 10 business days. Perfect. This also gives me flexibility to buy the replacement phone wherever I want. Though TBH, I'll probably still get it from Amazon LOL
My experience was awesome! I broke my 13 pro max on a 7 day cruise and they didn't have a 13 pro max 512 so I received a 15 pro max 512 gb. That was the right timing! JACKPOT!🥰

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
