Unfortuantely my press developed some issues with the wiring and also the bolt in the mug press. I contacted Asurion and immediately Jenny was amazing and helped me walk through the steps to be able to return it.

After 5 years of paying for warrantee we finally needed to file a claim. Filed claim on Feb 18. Finally got a phone on March 12. Phone did not work. Had to spend 3 hours on phone with tech coach and then 2 hours on phone with customer service. They said we would get a new phone by 5pm on Mar 15. No phone arrived. 25 days and counting. So much for their stated "Same day service". Recommend everyone avoid this ripoff company
The protection agreement is a no brainer for me. You never no when a problem will occur with your device and to have prompt easy to use insurance is a great relief. I will never not have it again, period!

Daughter got her phone taken at Gasparilla, called to put in a claim for the phone, got it literally the next day. Customer service was great, walked me through how to set up the phone without having the other phone to transfer info.
I signed up for Assurion Home plus services to protect all of my equipment. The representative who signed me up had misspelled my name which wasn't caught by me for a long time.
My sons laptop needed service but do to the misspelled name my claim could not be processed.
After speaking with an agent and explaining why the claim was denied they took accountability, made the correction and helped me refile. Mommy sons laptop is fixed and he can do his homework in many places because of the laptop and wifi access.

Getting my device replaced was seamless with Asurion. After working with my provider and manufacturer and getting nowhere, a quick call to Asurion got my device replaced without any further hastle. I call Asurion customer service at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, and had my replacement by 10:30 a.m. Friday morning. Phenomenal experience!
Asurion is a life savior. I was just so stressed about when the device will arrive and was able to get feedback that put my mind at ease, very fast, reliable and easy to get around quickly and just get a new device

Assurion is a good company with very good intentions. When they have an employee who is not knowledgeable, or helpful, that's when things go awry. And we all know how hard it is to get good help today!
My experiences with Asurion are mostly good. I had some service reps who were not helpful at all. Then I had this amazing young man Nick at the Mentor office, who went above and beyond! So it's people who make the difference. The company is honorable and has good intentions.
I ended up canceling my subscription because my local office closed. Asurion immediately refunded me and had no qualms about it! I greatly appreciate that!. I would recommend Asurion!
I had a screen that cracked on an iPhone 11 Pro and had Asurion insurance so I filed a claim online. They were supposed to come out on 9/29 but never showed up. They had canceled for some reason that they could not tell me, even though I had paid the $29 deductible the week before when I filed the claim. I called and they told me I would have to reschedule and pay another $29 claim and that they would send me back the other $29 I had paid the week earlier. They processed that and sent me an email and this time got my address wrong. I called again to correct the address and they moved the appointment out even further. I can not recommend Asurion to anyone.
The repair warranty service for my refrigerator was exceptional. My refer died and I called to trigger my extended warranty. Asurion identified I had the warranty by the serial number on my refer and had a repair scheduled in one day, I emphasize ONE DAY. The repair tech arrived on time, ran tests, identified the problem and repaired it on the spot. He gave me the expected time frame for the repair and met it. He protected my floor when he moved the fridge and also helped tidy it up. During the whole process he couldn't have been more respectful, professional and courteous. A detailed invoice was forwarded to me after the repair and I owed nothing. After the repair I had an email to recover some funds for lost food. That process was also straightforward and easy. The company responded to the claim in one day,. ONE DAY, and approved my claim and direct deposited the funds into my account. I honestly can't say enough good things about this service. It was just perfect.
Our technician David was determined to get my new phone connected and was here till 930 that evening trying to hook all internet correct.

I needed to cancel my subscription due to returning the item for which it was purchased. I went through the chat to figure out if and how I could complete this request. Ludy was very professional and answered my question and ask if I needed help walking through the process. It was very pleasant working with Ludy.
The insurance itself is not expensive and a replacement was sent out in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated however the deductable was the same price as paying off the phone entirely. That said for the same price I could have upgraded my phone.
Service was realistic and understanding. Able to put fourth max effort to resolve the problem. Spoke clearly and friendly to ease my worry. I felt value and understood. Thankful to recive great service with asurion!
My phone stopped working amd I immediately filled a claim. I was not sure what to expect, when I enter, but Amdrew greeted me and explained the process. I was able to drop my phone off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. My screen looked brand new and the process was stress free.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
