He not only helped me with my phone but also made time to help me get my husband's phone working. Simply amazing seeings how my husband is disabled and we need them in case of a medical emergency. I was unable to back up my mobile device prior to a repair. The assistant was able to give me clear directions to solve the issue. Additionally, they looked up my account to determine what was covered and was able to give me the verbiage needed for the tech to understand what I wanted fixed. Sometimes if you don't use the right words, you don't get what you need.
