My son called me in a panic because he cracked his screen while on vacation. He actually got used to looking at his phone through a cracked lens over the last week off vacation. I went through myATT app, set up the appt Saturday night online, had an appt on Sunday at 1pm. By 1:30 pm my son felt like he had a brand new phone, zero hassle. Thanks Asurion, job well done.

So I ran over my phone with my daughter's scooter the day before I was flying out to the Caribbean for a week-long (much needed) vacation. My phone was a black screen and I needed to have it fixed before I left.
No luck at my local store with a replacement screen for my home, so off to Fairlawn I went. The Asurion rep greeted me promptly, assured me he would take care of my phone as best he could, with the possibility I would have to buy a new one if the new screen didn't fix it. Well luckily the new screen worked, hallelujah! And it only cost $29 to fix with my insurance!

I signed on to this plan about 3 years ago. I was sold on the porch that all stereo equipment, speakers and anything that is a smart device, meaning it connects through Wi-Fi was covered. I have a CATGENIE AI that broke down. It's a $600 Device that I just found out it's not covered. Not cool. If the sales people are selling and say anything that connects through Wi-Fi then that's what it should be. If you don't have it then you should add it to the list. ESPECIALLY if the pitch is "if it connects it's covered". Before you sign on ask for the list of covered devices!
I'm expecting for a callback to get this resolved as there was no assistance through the chat or phone call experience.

Had really bad luck. Made 2 claims within 90 days.', mind you had insurance on 3 phones for years and now I made 2 claims on same phone. Terrible luck. However, Asurion handled both claims so nicely and smoothly. I had no issues with either claim. Customer service was terrific. Each person was awesome and caring. I really enjoyed my interactions with staff! Impeccable service

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
