Didn't have an appointment that day but really needed to get my fiancé phone fixed so he decided to go in to see if they could help that same day and the super sweet young lady not only took him in but had his phone repaired and ready in no time! No hassle and so convenient!

I bought a gaming chair and the offered warranty through asurion and boy was I glad I did. I did not realize I needed to register it online and save my receipt online a year ago when I bought it, it was absolutely no problem. I just sent a photo of my receipt (which was missing the barcode) and a representative finished my registration. I may have even been able to continue to do it on my own, but I needed the barcode to move forward in that process. Now, she has put my claim through to the claims team and they will be taking care of me from there.
Never using this company again. I ordered a replacement phone because mine got water damage and they sent me a sim locked phone so I couldn't set it up. Then when I called the company they had no idea what I was talking about and gave me little to no help. They said they were going to send me a new phone and it still hasn't come two days later. It's almost been a week with no phone because of them, next time I'll just buy a new phone.
Company uses a "no reply" email address to contact customers and offers no avenue for discussion.
Emails are rude and accusatory in nature.
They asked me to follow a process to return an item to them. The process was followed accurately and I received proof of postage from Aus Post. At that point Asurion were also notified that the item was in transit and their computer system was updated to reflect this. The item was delivered on 20th February. On 22nd Feb Asurion sent email accusing me of not having sent the item and threatening to charge me $60 if I did not hand over the item in 24hours I found an email address for Asurion through web search and sent them a response including proof of postage. I got no response and 24 hours later was charged $60. At this point I managed to find a link (which seems to work randomly and intermittently) and asked why I have been charged. I am awaiting a response.

Such a great excellent experience with Asurion due to seamless process of submitting my claims and the scheduling of repair and the way my phone was fast and quick to be fix up. Very happy throughout the process. Keep up the great customer service which deserve to be recognized.
Purchased a portable CD player with an Asurion plan. The lid 'popped off' and could not be reattached. The controls and screen are in the lid.
Contacting Asurion for a claim was a little slow but resolution to replace it was readily forthcoming. Ideally insurance should never be needed but it is good to know it works easily when you do need it. Good Job.
My past few interactions with Asurion have been great. When I dropped my laptop (covered for accidental drops) in August, they were unable to repair it and replaced it quickly. Over the summer they managed to fix my husband's old laptop - with Win97, I think.
Asurion Customer Service used to be horrible. One man threw a fit because I said that my son would be upset that someone treated his mother this way. One woman told me that they were not allowed to be empathetic. Not kidding. (I still have her number somewhere.)
Everyone I've spoken to over the past few months has been efficient and knowledgeable, and friendly in the process.

If I could rank it less than 0 I would. It has been almost a month and I still don't have my replacement device. I believe they do this on purpose so you just give up and buy another phone. They are quick to take your money but are lousy, lousy at fulfilling the policy. I am in disbelief as to how awful the service is. Every time I think I'm done they send another email requesting additional information. I have canceled the polily. Honestly the absolute worse service. Don't use them. They suck!
I enjoyed my chat with LaDaisha. When I made a mistake or needed more time she was very patient and funny. Her joyous personality shined through the screen. I could care less about Asurion, the company's policies suck for the customer.
I got their insurance through telus as part of the plan. It's such a scam and you don't realize until it's too late. I wouldnt recommend anyone falls for it like I did. Learn from my mistake!
Then Wal mart Canada offers insurance on their more expensive products and I called, they would replace or fix my razor. I managed to just get Walmart to do it without insurance. They're 100 trash as a company. Trust me
The worse experience ever trying to do a claim! The customer service has been horrible has me wanting to change from att because they are not willing to help customers! I verified everything and they act like i was somebody else trying to get a phone! I have been without a phone for 3 days and it shouldn't take this long to do anything! I wish att will go back to doing everything there self!
This is my second device that has been damaged etc. I have had wonderful experience with Assurian Insurance. This time is the on/off button but there was no issues whatsoever in returning and getting same device back. I would definitely give Assurion a A++++++ in service.
New 14 phone, too complicated to fix on my own so called customer service. Alisha was the representative, knew what to do and so patient with a 76 year old with limited tech skills.
She was so pleasant and kind plus in 5 minutes had me on my way.

After an hour and a half we finally got the new phone activated, everything finally worked it just seem like it took way too long, the 800-number sent me to a website. The website sent me to Verizon. Verizon sent me to a Asurion. It was kind of like come on can there just be one number you call to activate a phone instead of running around. But the gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and I appreciate his time

I used the online chat to assist me in filing my claim. I needed to use that since the system thought my purchase was still under MFG warranty but it was not. They were extremely helpful in getting that sorted out and only took a couple of minutes to get my claim filed.
I work for one of the retailers affiliated with Asurion (Staples) so I have always been an advocate for adding protection plans to a lot of our products. However, this was the first time I had to file a claim on a product I had actually purchased. Filing a claim was fast and easy, as they asked me for my reason for filing a claim and visual proof that the claim was legitimate. I received a Staples gift card the next day, which I was able to use towards a new chair. I will make sure to provide my personal experience to customers in the future!
I didn't want to use Asurion at first, because I'm not a fast typist, but because I was able to use voice command, it was very very easy. I would use it again. The representative was really nice, friendly and very helpful.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
