My experience was good at the store, Jose took care of my problem and solve it quickly. My problem was doing the claim. I had to make three claims because I opted for mail in repair, but somehow, the staff at Asurion had problems with my address
I had a problem inputting the date of the damage for my tablet so I accessed help via chat. Raymund was very efficient and personable while handling my claim. Took no time at all! Aaahhh, how I wish a big name phone company (that starts with an A and ends with two Ts) could take customer service lessons from Asurion!
I had a headset issue, I sent it in, went smoothly. Same week a printer issue. Headset - was old, could not be fixed but I got my co-pay back and some money for the headset. My printer was returned to me in under 3 days. SO EASY and so far I have had a laptop replaced, a printer fixed and a headset reimbursement. It has covered all the costs for having the plan and I don't care if electronics break.

Their system refused to allow us to input a claim through their portal, long wait to get through to their customer service. We've been paying $17 per "device protection" for three years.
No real assistance offered except suggestion of setting phone back to factory settings. This did NOT work, rep then told us to take it to a UBreakit WeFixit store. No luck with them. Assuriin would not replace or provide a repair the phone under their warranty.
Strongly suggest skipping insurance under a Assuriin/Verizon.
Trying to get a pixel 2 screen replacement. They have had me out to store that don't have parts. They have sent multiple techs out who don't do the repair because it's a pixel 2. I'm on my 4th call with no option for a different result.
The actual Asurion company did amazing. The 3rd party they used that never showed up to repair my phone screen is terrible. Asurion went above and beyond to make it right and I very much appreciate it
My fiancé hadn't been able to send picture messages to android phones and she fixed our issue in less than a minute. We had tried trouble shooting the issue online prior with no success. We should have just reached out to the technical support sooner. Thank you!
Excellent service my washing machine was having issues. I have the extended warranty that I purchased through Home Depot I was contacted immediately from Tri-City. They resolve my issue. I definitely would recommend when buying an appliance to purchase an extended warranty.

My cell phone suddenly stopped booting up with a black screen. I thought it wasn't charging and the ATT store staff suspected it was the battery. They referred me to Asurion Protection Services where Mike suspected the problem was actually the screen. After testing things he found it was the screen. In a short time he had it fixed. He was pleasant and informative. I would definitely go back there and would recommend the shop on Liberia to anyone.
I purchased a protection plan for my sons bike from $#*!s Sporting Goods. The plan is horrible. I provided them with all the information they requested and after not hearing from them I called only to be left on hold for over an hour and for them to tell me they couldn't get in touch with me despite the fact that they confirmed my correct phone number, mailing address, and email address. After all that they say they can't file a claim because my plan has now expired!
We bought our LG OLED tv a few years ago and absolutely love it!
A while back we noticed a thin black line running vertically, dead centre, top to bottom. Very visible on a green or yellow screen. It got worse and a second line appeared dead centre running horizontally. After a month there were 6 lines dividing the screen into 16 equal portions.
I called the Costco Concierge service and they looked after everything. A service rep. Showed up within a day and two days later he was back with a new screen.
Couldn't have been easier! We're so impressed and definitely recommend the Costco extended warranty.
The process from start to finish with the claim on my damaged phone was very efficient. I was very impressed with the service of having a tech come out to my home and replaced my phone and help me with set up. This saved me a trip in going to the ATT store. The tech was also friendly and knowledgeable. I even purchased the Home Tech Protection plan that he informed me about. Great Job Asurion. I am a customer for Life!
I bought a nice office chair back in 2021 and got the Asurion extended 3yr warranty with it. After daily use some of the fabric has started to wear and the padding is becoming flat. I didn't have the original receipt but had a copy and the original transaction detail that was with the warranty. I was able to chat with a representative and get my claim filed very easily by providing the needed information.
My customer service rep was kind and patient. I always love when someone is patient with me because it can be hard for me to explain what my issue is. I can say my overall with Asurion has been nothing but delightful.
I had a problem with an item purchased and unfortunately had to crate a claim for return. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
