My cell phone had a small crack in the corner of the screen. The employee checked my phone to ensure there were no cracks anywhere else on the phone both front and back. The employee verified that they had the necessary items to fix my screen. He told me what time my phone would be ready for pickup. The employee was courteous.
They have no idea what they are doing and will be canceling service. Been waiting 4 days for a replacement phone with a canceled claim... why cancelled... great question, they sure didn't cancel the $220 that came out of our account.
Have this insurance through phoneclaim.com from Bell... Waited for my new phone for over 2 weeks and still waiting... never gave me updates, had to call myself to figure out what was going on twice actually... no one seemed to know what they are talking about. I wasted hours on the phone... said they would give me a $25 dollar gift card to make things better I still haven't received that either

I've warrantied my phone FOUR TIMES! 3 because they keep sending me overheating devices that freeze my screen everytime I'm working, and 1 because the ups driver threw it at my door and broke the back camera? And then told me to "f off". This company is terrible and takes NO accountability for their actions. Of course they offer a 12 month warranty… they know they're sending pre owned phones out to people that might have problems. Not only that, the screens touch display sucks when it's hot. I can use it for 15 mins and it'll overheat extremely. Three phones? All company's are made for is profit, for themselves. They could care less about anyone else. I'm tired of this company and I will never recommend anyone coming here. The customer service was great but assurion nEVER solved my problem. If anything they made it worse. Thanks for nothing. What an a*s company.

My experience was awesome. Everything was well explained the phone techs were nice and the service rendered was a quality repair. It took them about an hour. I went and had lunch and my phone was ready. The back glass looks great again. The price was also amazing.
My Ninja Foodie sounded like a bearing was rattling around. Called BJs, got number for my warranty. Called, filled out the forms, sent photos. Then on 12/15/22 received an email stating that they are refunding me the full price of my item. Never in my life, has anything having to do with warranties, gone so smoothly or so quickly! My advice use Asurion for your small appliance?
After allowing them to access my cell phone in order to activate another cell phone. The new one was good but they were telling me that their were still issues. I don't trust the fact that the individual helping me today was probably going through my phone that has nothing to do with activating my other phone. I might be skeptic but I don't trust the 2 individuals that were assisting me today.
They knew who I was, did t ask too many questions beyond verifying I wasn't an identity thief and did so in a non-intrusive manner. Their communication with me while the phone was being repaired was amazing…except I had no means to view their updates because my phone was in their repair room receiving a new screen. They did a perfect job with the screen replacement and were polite and doing business in a convenient and clean location. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. A+++
Monday morning with the gracious help of Karen at South Burlington, VT, Staples I sent my laptop to Asurion. Wednesday morning I received an email that my laptop had arrived and would be fixed within 5 business days and returned to me. That same afternoon I received an email that my laptop had been fixed and was on the way back to me. I received it Friday. Amazing service. Thank you.
My IPhone was severely damaged. Screen was completely cracked and I could not see any of my screen's information... It was just a bright green light. I was required to call Asurion customer service to put in the initial claim and I spoke with Linda. Linda quickly assisted me and got the replacement to me the very next day! It was easy to follow the link they provided once the phone showed up, where I then chatted with Jordan to set up the replacement.Jordan was super friendly and very professional. He walked me through the whole process step by step. Thanks Jordan!

I am a client - soon to be ex client of Asurion. The employee Hemalatha Mandava is so rude, arrogant and bad at her job I would never do business with them again. Beware, this person will treat you poorly.
Got a new 14Plus but could send or receive pictures via Message with Non-Apple users. Tried all the online hints and finally had an online chat with a Support Representative. Quick fix as she synced the network for new phone. Nothing I could have done on my own. So after 2 days of trying all suggested hints it was resolved in 5 minutes. Happy now but frustrating.
Grandsons toy teepee was damaged when a piece of furniture fell on it breaking a leg/staff off. An Azurion plan helped save the day for my 3-year old. Now he will have it replaced Thanks to Agent Marko and Azurion!
I've had to invoke two Asurion claims in the past year for Bluetooth headsets that have malfunctioned after the manufacturer's warranty and Amazon return time ran out. Asurion is super simple to use with a quick chat session online. Refund is by e-gift card to my Amazon account once they receive the defective product. I wouldn't buy electronics without that level of protection. Great service.
My system was set up in a strange way with two routers. It had been working with old printer but was challenging to reconnect computer with new printer. Peter helped accomplish this and was very patient as I had to crawl around to untangle wires and find ports. I couldn't have done it without his help.

I love using Asurion as a warranty factor... their system is virtually hassle Free! They save the purchased warrenty right to the Amazon history for quick look up if something happens 1yr or 2 or 3 later, they issue the return label and with a tracking number (proof of reship) the credit goes right to account... super simple with great customer service team, Definitely recommend!
After a brief power outage my printer wasn't connecting wirelessly anymore. The HP app seemed completely futile in solving the problem with the virtual assistant that just put me in an endless loop. When I pulled out my receipt and original HP paperwork I realized I had purchased the technical support from Asurion which I had totally forgotten about. I was able to solve the issue within 5 minutes. Super easy! Totally worth purchasing for saving my sanity lol. Will be reaching out to them with any future problems right away.
Asurion never gives me problems when I have to make a claim. The chat is great; I feel safe putting all my purchases under Asurion. I have been an Asurion customer since I bought my items from Amazon.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
