I filed a claim with Asurion on behalf of AT&T. My delivery was scheduled for the next day between 3PM-5PM. I was supposed to be contacted by an expert 30 minutes before arrival, yet no one ever contacted me. It is now 6PM, I have not heard from anyone, and AT&T customer service can't even find on file anything about an order for a phone! I have been waiting at home since 3PM when I have other things I need to be doing, waiting patiently for someone to show up. It is a shame that service is not accurate according to delivery times, and no one has reached out to me to let me know that my estimated time has changed. I am out of a phone now 3 days and I am still waiting for God knows when these people decide to show up. You can tell which reviews are planted by the company and which are real. LOL
First time to use my 3 year warranty & paid for itself on first service call. Recommend buying one on dishwasher. A service call takes a little more than a week to schedule. The technician was prompt & courteous checking in when at my location.
I made a purchase through Amazon & also purchased Asurion 2 year electronic protection plan. My product conked out before a year had gone by. Asurion made it very easy to file a claim & I'll be reimbursed when they receive defective product. Fast, easy, well organized. I purchased a new product with Amazon & made sure to buy another Asurion protection plan.
We just got att service three weeks ago and my screen shattered and a bad experience with asurion when I had TMobile almost kept me from filing a claim. When I finally cut myself on the broken screen I filed and it was so simple and fast
From the moment I connected with the support. They knew exactly what I needed once I told them. There was a mistake on my end which cause me to this connection from them for a few minutes but the support was still with me the whole time. And they got me all the information I needed to solve my problem. Great customer service!
When you go to their website your line is not associated with the device you have so there is no way to do the claim online. You will have to chat or call, then the nightmare begins. They ask you to sign a paper submit your ID and also ask you more than 10 questions about your life to verify it's you. In the end they deny the claim. Opened a new claim and now waiting 48 hours because they have review my account. Horrible insurance, they do everything to deny your claim and I feel they want me to give up, but I won't. I pay for this insurance monthly and they will replace my device. Next I will see a lawyer.
I had a product that failed. When I went online to file a claim; the system didn't find the item. It directed me to a chat service. In less than five minutes, Maria found my item, approved my claim and ZOOM I was done. Awesome!
Very poor. No communication they tell you that you will receive an item in a day but it come a week later with no kind of information telling you this. You have to call an inquire about it. But they will make you pay the deductible. No compensation for there mess up

I purchased a RC Truck for my grandson. It broke. Initially I had trouble entering my information online. Thankful they have a chat line making the claim easy. I got a full refund with Asurion. I was glad I added the coverage to my purchase.
The associate was extremely helpful, polite and made the claim process quick and efficient with no problems. I've always purchased the Asurion Plans and rarely had to use them. But, on the occasions I needed them they have always resolved the problems. Excellent customer care.
Asurion Sucks, don't waste your time or money with them.On New Year's Eve my phone randomly wouldn't turn on or charge so, my mother filed a claim with asurion and waited two days and no response from them.We then proceeded to call them and spent 2 hours on the phone with them only for them to tell us that they cannot send me a new phone.The man on the phone told us I had to turn off find my but how am I supposed to do that when the phone won't turn on.So in the end I had to go out and buy a new phone.So what is the point of having insurance if they won't get you a new phone when it broke? Never again am I using this service all they do is give you a run around and waste your time.

I had cracked my phone this month. I used Asurion and went to the closest AT&T store and they had it fixed in 30-45 mins. Fast and easy! It was only 30 dollars all together and they just added to my phone bill for the next payments. Very happy and satisfied with the work and easiness!
I dropped my phone face down and shattered the screen. Well as the story goes, my mom is in a living center in AR and we had an emergency. I had to go. The local Att store in Arlington, found the earliest appointment possible and every one was friendly, helpful and the tech was wonderful. My phone is good as new and I was on the road. Thank you, and thank goodness for insurance plans.
I have a great experience with the asurion extended guarantee, have some issues with an alecrronic device which I was helped with through the asurion chat. Very kind and professional they help me out and happily was able to address my concern with a satisfied result. Will recommend to anyone to try it.

When I bought the ride-on toy for my grandson, I also purchased the product protection contract, but didn't expect I would have to use it, but when my grandson's toy didn't work, and I finally had a chance to look into the Asurion contract, I called them, and with no hassle, whatsoever, they told me the check was in the mail. In a few days, I received the check. Simply, total satisfaction! Thank you Asurion!
I needed some clarification on what is covered under my policy and I was able to speak with a person named Tina. Who was amazing. She sent me links that I can go look up things that I needed and told me about other things that That in the future if I need it fixed, you guys would do it. She was just amazing. She sent me links that I can go look it up for myself and she explained everything and most of all she was kind. It's hard to get that kind of service anywhere. Thank you for the amazing service you gave. I'm happy I bought the policy.
Don't waste your money on Assurion and cant believe Sprint/ TMobile does business with them. I called to check on the status of a repair (after 3 calls) they told me I canceled the repair. I never spoke to anyone let alone cancelled the repair. They CS rep then told me I could pay $275 for a replacement! That was a flat NO because I owe $170 on the phone, best part is she lied to me and says she will tell the warehouse to release my phone for return. It was amazing when Fedex showed up an hour later with my phone. They send vague directions that make no sense and push you to use their portal that has no information and tell you to call them. Huge nightmare to deal with them!
My phone screen cracked and the tech was very easy to work with. He took my information and I was out of there within 5-10 minutes. My phone was fixed within an hour and everything works great! I hope I don't have to repair it again but if I do, I will be retuning to the same location.
I purchased the power plus protection plan from Tractor Supply for a new mower. Filed claim on the 2nd of August, and it is now the 25th. Have received one phone call back in this time frame to "re-verify" my info.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
