It was a lot more pleasant not getting in the car, and just handle as much as possible online. My PC phone & I do not have the appropriate interface to resolve the issue online. This happens and its good there is an alternate to resolve this issue. Not expending gas, time driving and so on are a plus for anyone.
It was awesome. Kelsey did a wonderful job helping me out. I feel that she went over and above, taking the time to socialize with me and also explain very clearly why I was not able to get coverage and that's what I was asking for was if my part to my printer was Covered

What a $#*!ing waste of money. ASURION PROTECTION INSURANCE sold by Amazon is a rip-off. I paid for a drone 6/18/2025 and bought the right plan to cover damages and repairs. Sounds smart right? Now when I need it Asurion doesn't decline the claim they keep asking for the same information 7-8 times. Used to be where they would process without question, but now they are nothing but a scam artist. Save your money and shop on Ebay $#*! Asurion and $#*! Amazon!
I cracked my iPhone screen and immediately thought I'd have to get a new phone. I'm pleased to say the Asurion service tech replaced my screen in my driveway in less than 30 minutes. WOW!
I filed my warranty with Asurion by text the day I bought my new mower. I received a confirmation text from Asurion regarding their receipt of my warranty, but when I needed to file a claim, they didn't have record that I was covered. I found my original receipt and uploaded it and proceeded to file a claim, but the Asurion system auto-rejected it. I was upset, but saw they had a LIVE CHAT option where I could ask questions. I used it and was able to work with a Customer Service representative (Jaztine) who was great! She looked up my file and then processed my claim and made arrangements for a service provider to come pick up my mower for inspection and repairs. I don't yet know if Asurion will cover the necessary repairs, but at least they accepted my claim and are sending someone to investigate. If you experience a rejected claim when filing via the computer service, try the LIVE CHAT so you can deal with a human instead of a computer. I did and it turned a very bad experience into a very positive experience.
I bought a weed eater from Amazon in June 2024. I started to have problem with it. I remember getting extended warranty for the product through Asurion. I contacted Asurion today via chat. I gave them all the informations they needed. After a few minutes, I was set. I will be contacted to send my product for repair

It couldn't have been more convenient. They show up at your house and fix phone in their van in your driveway. It only took 20 minutes. The repairman was on time. He texted me a couple times prior to appointment to make sure I knew exactly what time he'd arrive.

I gave a 3 star rating because my issue could not be resolved. Granted, it's unresolved due to the strict security measures that the company must enforce, thanks to all of the scammers and fraudulence they encounter. However, even though I started off as "Maximum Level Karen", Camillo, the support representative that tried to help me completely changed my mood for the night! He tried to resolve my issue and handled the crazy customer in me in a way that left me laughing instead of cussing! I'll deal with my issue tomorrow, I'm going to enjoy the rest of my night, why waste the good mood! Thank you Camillo, you are awesome! (This is a real review. This experience was great! Super easy to get my so sons tablet sent back. He has a 360 super indestructible case on his iPad but knowing he is a 9yr old boy I knew it was going to break. That's why I got the protection plan on it. So glad I did! Asirion made it super easy! Just contact them to start the process, package it in ANY box, they send the delivery company with a label to pick it up. Wait a few days and contact them to make sure they got it and once they e received it the process it which takes about 5 days then you get your refund via email in 24-72 hours. I wish it was a little faster process but it honestly could t have been simpler.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
