The Naperville store went over and above to help me out. Verizon was a complete nightmare and Asurion Store helped navigate the issue. I really appreciate everything the tech did. She was very patient when I was in tears because of Verizon not understanding the issue. Highly recommend this store. It's rare you have an experience when people go above and beyond and my tech definitely did.
When I went in to get a warrantee on my chair because the material is coming apart from the seams it made me feel uncomfortable that it prompted me to chat with an agent because it shows on their records, I have had another claim? What would that have to do with this claim? Felt awkward.
I just want to say that the technician that fixed my son's phone was amazing. That was the best experience we've ever had through Asurion (AT&T).
The technician was skilled, and is very good at his job.
He was very professional and kind and went above, and beyond what we expected.
I had a burn on my iPhone screen. Also had insurance through AT&T - first time I have ever had to use it though. Brought my phone into the center and they said come back in 45 minutes and my phone was ready to go.

They were extremely helpful with fixing of a cell phone which we had shattered the screen. It took them about 20 minutes which is extremely efficient. They were nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again in future.
I have literally been on with them ALL day and last night. Literally have spoken to 12 representatives and still no assistance, I'm still without a phone. What they are saying conflicts with the phone company and no one is correcting anything. I have never been thru anything like this. I would be better off saving up for a phone. I've paid a monthly rate for nothing.

Our oldest phone was ran over in the cross walk (phone fell out of pocket) and by the time I got home to submit a claim, it was after 6pm EST and replacement was delivered next day! Very impressed with the turnaround time!
The rep on the phone explained everything to me, it was such a quick and easy process. My phone screen got cracked on a Sunday evening, I was on the phone and scheduled for the technician to come out and repair Monday morning between 9-11 AM. They send you instructions on what to do before the technician gets to you, and it was very simple. The technician calls with their eta before they head your way, he showed up asked a couple of questions, took my phone and the repair was done in 20-30 minutes. For a busy mom of two it was so nice to be able to have it repaired without leaving my house. & there is a 12 month warranty on my screen incase anything happens. I would prefer to have my phone fixed this way instead of having to drop my phone off at a store for a couple of hours!
Ive tried using them multiple times and there is always an issue. This time they claim ive used my gift card from the warranty, but i havent even gotten the email yet to get the gift card. Now it is taking another week for them to just review it even though ive been waiting a week and a half wondering where the hell it is in the first place.

Easy to file a claim. The weather station worked very well at first, then after being in service for a while, the temperature display froze on -40, then changed to 56, then it would be random. The wind speed stopped working as well.
My wife's phone stopped working so we called for a replacement and we were sent an older model iPhone instead of an equal or better model. Not sure if we will get the same value for this phone when we go to upgrade.

I was extremely skeptical, at first, to spend the extra money on insurance for electronics. I'm grateful for the agent that talked me into the service. I will be replacing two TVs and and hopefully a child's tablet. I fully endorse this service.
I thought i would have to mail in my phone since i bought this online, but they have people contracted with repair shops. It took about 20 min to get everything situated and the person i spoke to was prompt (i did this though instant messaging)
The back of my screen was cracked and a piece missing. I went to website. Answered a few easy to follow questions. Got a response back immediately that my claim was filed and accepted. Now we wait to see if replacement phone arrives in 1-3 days!
What a total rip off these people are. Dont bother buying insurance for your devices with these people. Ive been trying for almost a week to get my cracked screen fixed and i do have insurance which obviously i pay for. They will tell you how easy and stress free it is to get service, they even say they will come to your house to fix your device. All lies they will give you the run around until you buy another phone which obviously will cost way more than the deductible. Total b. S. the costumer service is garbage. Ill be switching carriers for sure.
My husband's phone fell out of his jacket pocket a couple days ago & it was working fine. But this morning only half of the screen was showing. I made a claim to replace it & it was so easy to do. Thank you for that!
Asurion always delivers a great customer service experience. 15 years ago, I lost my phone while on a trip. By the time I could get back home, my new phone had arrived. Today, I filed a claim because my phone got damaged when I dropped it. The online process was quick, easy, and I was approved instantly for a replacement. Asurion is a great company.
I have been paying for device protection for years through AT&T and yesterday my S9 completely died. I submitted a claim and they said they can replace it with an S10 for $112. No other option unless I wanted to go wtih a newer phone with a new contract. Turns out that you can buy an S10 right now for around $150. What did my coverage get me? Don't bother with Asurion.

Called and had rep try to sell me unwanted insurance for about 10 min but did not tell me that they would not replace my s pen even though it was a big part of why I needed a repair. Tech got here and said he would not replace and that I needed to send it in to have it replaced. Called asurion who said I canceled tech appointment and they told me they don't replace and had to reschedule appointment even though he had left not 15 min before that. Asurion has poor communication between its employees who are not knowledgeable about their own product. Unhelpful reps seems not to care that they were making me jump through hoops just to use the insurance that I pay for. Hated working with this company.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
