I called for a replacement of a broken tv. They took my co payment. And after a week of calling they told me my tv is too old and they would give me 175$. It's a scam. Don't use them. Trust me everyone that works there knows it too
I've paid for phone insurance for years but never used it; usually forget I have it. Either way, I was able to file a claim online. It was extremely simple. The online site gave me a local Asurion store that was able to do the repair. They completed my phone screen repair within 2 hrs. I highly recommend this location and repair services.
I started the data transfer from my old iPhone to my new one, and it seemed like it was stuck in one place for a long time. I went to the chat and Erich had me restart the process and answered every question I had and even more. Very happy with his help, and although my transfer process has not been completed 100% currently, it is a lot further than when I first started it. I feel that it will complete it with no further problems, and if it does I hope I can get Erich back to help me. Oops, an addition, "Restore has been completed." Yeah!
I am so grateful that I have asurion for my phone insurance. They make the process of repairing your phone super duper easy! I filled out a survey report to provide them with information on my phone's damage, and they let me book my appointment with whichever date and time seemed convenient for me.
The guy who was in charge of repairing my phone screen called hours before the appointment time to tell me his previous appointment was cancelled and if I wanted to, I could have him come fix mine earlier; which was absolutely fantastic! When he got to my house to pick up my phone, he showed me his van he would be working on it in, and assured me he could be done within 20 minutes. He took no longer than that and my phone screen looks beautifully new! I love that asurion provides us with warranty after the repair as well. I am extremely satisfied and I will continue to keep this insurance company for my phone. Thank you so much for the service :)
My phone was damaged in the water and I got a new phone very quickly. The ATT help desk walked me through the new set up, getting the new iOS and downloading my data from the cloud. Then installing the SIM card was easy.
I usually like to talk with people but the chat box worked this time, which hasn't always been my experience.
Sent me a bugged up replacement phone. Everything i have is now jumbled. Accounts lost. Passwords changed services turning on by themselves. Thier web page is screwed up tuoer phone people are phony tech s. I could go on and on and on how pissed i am at this alledged insurance that semds out refurbished crap
This is simply the worst run appliance protection plan I have ever encountered. It takes ages and multiple calls to obtain a claim approval and then your real troubles begin. I have spent time on 7 phone calls with them AFTER claim approval and have yet to see a repair engineer in my home. First them claim a company will arrive only to wait until the date and no one shows. Phone calls later is turns out the company didn't accept the repair and Asurion does not contact you. Then my claim is "escalated" and I am assured another company will show up on a second date. Needless to say the 2nd company says that Home Depot does not know their schedule and no appointment is confirmed. Each and every phone call may take 30 minutes of your time.
I have decided that this is not a worthwhile product and you are much better off buying your own parts or hiring a 3rd party to conduct the repair. Maddening!
The tech came to my house and replaced my cracked screen on my galaxy s 23 ultra and just a matter of minutes he was done I was very pleased with the time frame it took him to get done. I highly recommend asurion for ur insurance on ur mobile devices.
This is the third time going to the Lancaster PA. Location Kevin as always fixed my phone and my sons phone quick easy very little cost him and his team very polite and knowledgeable. It took me all morning to file one claim; glitches, long holds, codes that didn't work, etc. The last person who helped me was on a chat, and it took 10 minutes, for a $130.00 coffee maker.
A few years ago the claim I filed took one e-mail and we were good to go.

I phone was stolen on Friday night and I filed a claim on Saturday morning. So went to my apartment office to use there computer to file my claim. But is was giving me problems doing it online so I had to call the 800 # Thank god I got everything done that way.
My Note 9 has a broken screen, it still works but theres a chip out of it.
They are trying to make me buy a refurbished phone rather than just fixing my screen, as per my contract with the company. I am willing to pay whatever deductible. They are refusing to provide the service.
They are telling me if I want my screen fixed, I have to drive out of state 2 hours away and take a half day off of work to repair my device. After I have paid well over $400 in insurance premium for this device.
Last Thursday they came and fixed my coworkers phone that had the same issue, they came right to her house. They are now telling me they don't do that in my area. I am in the same zip code, 3 blocks down. This is clearly discrimination. Also, she pays $9 a month and I pay $17. So why would they provide her a better quality service than me? Unless they are discriminating or at the very least sheisty af.
Save your money and don't patronize this sorry excuse of a service!
This as the first time I have ever purchased an extended warranty for a fishing pole, I got the 2 year plan. My rod and reel combo was 1 year old and I had an issue with the bell spring and the handle was loose. I contacted the warranty company. Within 5 days I received a gift card for the full purchase price. Very satisfied and would recommend this warranty to anyone purchasing a rod and or reel from $#*!'s!
I picked up my luggage from the airport baggage carousel to find that it had a broken caster.
I submitted a claim and instantly I was issued an Amazon gift cared to replace the luggage!

I have been pursuing having my cracked screen repaired since August 2020. There have been multiple repair appointments that were no call, no show by the technician. Calls to customer service take 2+ hours and I have yet to have an acceptable resolution.
The Naperville store went over and above to help me out. Verizon was a complete nightmare and Asurion Store helped navigate the issue. I really appreciate everything the tech did. She was very patient when I was in tears because of Verizon not understanding the issue. Highly recommend this store. It's rare you have an experience when people go above and beyond and my tech definitely did.
When I went in to get a warrantee on my chair because the material is coming apart from the seams it made me feel uncomfortable that it prompted me to chat with an agent because it shows on their records, I have had another claim? What would that have to do with this claim? Felt awkward.

I just want to say that the technician that fixed my son's phone was amazing. That was the best experience we've ever had through Asurion (AT&T).
The technician was skilled, and is very good at his job.
He was very professional and kind and went above, and beyond what we expected.
I had a burn on my iPhone screen. Also had insurance through AT&T - first time I have ever had to use it though. Brought my phone into the center and they said come back in 45 minutes and my phone was ready to go.

They were extremely helpful with fixing of a cell phone which we had shattered the screen. It took them about 20 minutes which is extremely efficient. They were nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again in future.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
